惡性難改。罔悛於心。藐視樂土。不信佳音。

Then they despised the pleasant land; they did not believe his promise.

Later on, they refused to enter the pleasant land of Canaan. They didn’t believe God’s promise.

As for your children that you said would be taken as plunder, I will bring them in to enjoy the land you have rejected. (niv)

In spite of this, you did not trust in the Lord your God, (niv)
