How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.

“ The Lord brought me forth as the first of his works, before his deeds of old;I was formed long ages ago, at the very beginning, when the world came to be.When there were no watery depths, I was given birth, when there were no springs overflowing with water;before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was given birth,before he made the world or its fields or any of the dust of the earth.I was there when he set the heavens in place, when he marked out the horizon on the face of the deep,when he established the clouds above and fixed securely the fountains of the deep,when he gave the sea its boundary so the waters would not overstep his command, and when he marked out the foundations of the earth.Then I was constantly at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence,rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind.“ Now then, my children, listen to me; blessed are those who keep my ways.Listen to my instruction and be wise; do not disregard it.Blessed are those who listen to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.For those who find me find life and receive favor from the Lord.But those who fail to find me harm themselves; all who hate me love death.” (niv)

His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, (niv)

You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you. (niv)

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; (niv)

for every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills.I know every bird in the mountains, and the insects in the fields are mine.If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it. (niv)

who by his understanding made the heavens, His love endures forever. (niv)

When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, (niv)

Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind. (niv)

He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. (niv)

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. (niv)

By wisdom the Lord laid the earth’s foundations, by understanding he set the heavens in place;by his knowledge the watery depths were divided, and the clouds let drop the dew. (niv)

You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance. (niv)

Then God said,“ Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so.The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. (niv)
