Do not say to your neighbor,“ Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you”— when you already have it with you.

Suppose you already have something to give. Don’t say to your neighbor,“ Come back tomorrow. I’ll give it to you then.”

Do not say to your neighbor,“ Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it”— when you have it with you.

If you can help your neighbor now, don’t say,“ Come back tomorrow, and then I’ll help you.”

Don’t say to your neighbor,“ Go away! Come back later. I’ll give it tomorrow”— when it is there with you.

Do not say to your neighbor,“ Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it to you,” When you have it with you.

Do not say to your neighbor,“ Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it,” When you have it with you.

Don’t say to your neighbor,“ Go away! Come back later. I’ll give it tomorrow”— when it is there with you.

And if he be a poor man, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge;thou shalt surely restore to him the pledge when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his garment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before Jehovah thy God.Thou shalt not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy sojourners that are in thy land within thy gates:in his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it( for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it); lest he cry against thee unto Jehovah, and it be sin unto thee.

Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, whither thou goest.

But now complete the doing also; that as there was the readiness to will, so there may be the completion also out of your ability.

that they do good, that they be rich in good works, that they be ready to distribute, willing to communicate;

In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thy hand; for thou knowest not which shall prosper, whether this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.

But I have sent the brethren, that our glorying on your behalf may not be made void in this respect; that, even as I said, ye may be prepared:

Boast not thyself of tomorrow; For thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.
