Surely you need guidance to wage war, and victory is won through many advisers.

If you go to war, you surely need guidance. If you want to win, you need many good advisers.

for by wise guidance you can wage your war, and in abundance of counselors there is victory.

So don’t go to war without wise guidance; victory depends on having many advisers.

for you should wage war with sound guidance— victory comes with many counselors.

For by wise guidance you will wage war, And in an abundance of counselors there is victory.

For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, And in a multitude of counselors there is safety.

Or what king, as he goeth to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and take counsel whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith:

And every man that striveth in the games exerciseth self- control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.I therefore so run, as not uncertainly; so fight I, as not beating the air:but I buffet my body, and bring it into bondage: lest by any means, after that I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected.

Where there is no counsel, purposes are disappointed; But in the multitude of counsellors they are established.

But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.Fight the good fight of the faith, lay hold on the life eternal, whereunto thou wast called, and didst confess the good confession in the sight of many witnesses.
