勿諉曰不知、鑒察人心、保爾生命者、莫不悉爾隱微、彼豈不視人所行、而加賞罰。

你若说：“这事我未曾知道”，那衡量人心的岂不明白吗？保守你命的岂不知道吗？他岂不按各人所行的报应各人吗？

你若说：“看哪，这事我们不知道”，那衡量人心的岂不明白吗？保护你性命的岂不知道吗？他岂不按各人所做的报应各人吗？

你若说：“看哪，这事我们不知道”，那衡量人心的岂不明白吗？保护你性命的岂不知道吗？他岂不按各人所做的报应各人吗？

不要推说自己毫不知情，鉴察人心的主洞悉一切，保守你生命的上帝知情，祂必按你的行为报应你。

如果你说：“这事我不知道。”那衡量人心的不明白吗？那看顾你性命的不晓得吗？他不按照各人的行为报应各人吗？

如果你说：“看哪，我不知道这事！”难道衡量人心的那一位不了解吗？难道守护你灵魂的那一位不知道吗？难道他不照着各人所做的回报各人吗？

你若說：這事我未曾知道，那衡量人心的豈不明白嗎？保守你命的豈不知道嗎？他豈不按各人所行的報應各人嗎？

如果你說：「看哪，我不知道這事！」難道衡量人心的那一位不了解嗎？難道守護你靈魂的那一位不知道嗎？難道他不照著各人所做的回報各人嗎？

爾若曰、此非我所知、而權衡人心者、豈不度之、保佑爾命者、豈不知之、豈不依人所行而報之、

爾若諉曰、此我所不知、爾當思鑒察人心者必明曉、保爾生命者必洞悉、必按人所行者施報於人、

If you say,“ But we knew nothing about this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done?

Don’t say,“ But we didn’t know anything about this.” Doesn’t the God who knows what you are thinking see it? Doesn’t the God who guards your life know it? He will pay back everyone for what they have done.

If you say,“ Behold, we did not know this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work?

Don’t excuse yourself by saying,“ Look, we didn’t know.” For God understands all hearts, and he sees you. He who guards your soul knows you knew. He will repay all people as their actions deserve.

If you say,“ But we didn’t know about this,” won’t he who weighs hearts consider it? Won’t he who protects your life know? Won’t he repay a person according to his work?

If you say,“ See, we did not know this,” Does He who weighs the hearts not consider it? And does He who watches over your soul not know it? And will He not repay a person according to his work?

If you say,“ Surely we did not know this,” Does not He who weighs the hearts consider it? He who keeps your soul, does He not know it? And will He not render to each man according to his deeds?

If thou sayest, Behold, we knew not this; Doth not he that weigheth the hearts consider it? And he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? And shall not he render to every man according to his work?

If you say,“ But we didn’t know about this,” won’t He who weighs hearts consider it? Won’t He who protects your life know? Won’t He repay a person according to his work?

If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider[ it]? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth[ not] he know[ it]? and shall[ not] he render to[ every] man according to his works?

If you say,“ But we did not know about this,” does not the one who evaluates hearts consider? Does not the one who guards your life know? Will he not repay each person according to his deeds?

If you say,“ Behold, we didn’t know this,” doesn’t he who weighs the hearts consider it? He who keeps your soul, doesn’t he know it? Shall he not render to every man according to his work?

必視人所行、而加賞罰。

爾觀州邑強暴、虐貧枉法、則勿殷憂、人雖居高位、更有尊於彼者、鑒察其所為、其上又有至尊至高者。

凡人所為、自以為善、惟耶和華鑒察其心。

使諸會知眾人心腹腎腸、我常監察、視其所行而報之、

自茲以後、或進或出、咸蒙耶和華眷佑、永世靡暨兮、

耶和華諭撒母耳曰、毋觀其容貌之美、軀幹之高、斯人也非我所簡、我之所見有異於人、人見外貌、我見內心。

視各人所行而報之、

和之曰、必不使爾失足、保護爾者永不寢兮、

主矜憫是懷、必視人所行、而加賞罰兮。

可使喪命、可使得生、可使歸墓、可使復生、俱耶和華所為也。

上帝鑒察人心、豈不灼知乎此兮、

賞罰在我、我必速至、視人行為而報之、

我見死人、自尊逮卑、立於位前、典籍與生命之書、盡展、死人被鞫、視其行為、依書所錄、溺於海者、海必出之、幽於陰府死所者、陰府死所必出之、使各被鞫、視其所行、陰府死所、亦見投於火坑、沒後沉淪者、此也、凡不錄於生命册者、亦見投於火坑、

設有追襲爾、欲害爾命者、願我主之命、為爾上帝耶和華所保、恆與生者偕、敵之生命、其喪甚速、如以繩發石。

蓋上帝之諭、活潑潑地、自有功效、利於鋒刃、凡神氣骨髓、無不剖刺、心之意念、無不鑒察、故於上帝前、萬物不得隱、豁然顯露、均為鞫我之主所視焉、

爾試余心、中宵鑒斯、煉余若金、不可議斯、心與口應、靡不符斯。

爾當書達推雅推喇會使者、曰、上帝子、目若火、足如金、言曰、

惟驕其志、逆天之主、命取厥殿之器、王公后妃、用之飲酒、譽揚金銀銅鐵木石所造之上帝、彼不見不聞、不識不知、至於賜爾呼吸、整爾步履之上帝、爾反不頌美之、

主之經綸、奇而難名、主之智慧、大而莫測、鑒察斯人、視其所為、而加賞罰。

時未至、勿擬議人、待主臨日、將照諸幽隱、發諸心謀、人人褒貶於上帝、

吾眾必立基督臺前、依吾身所行善惡受報、

人之所為、耶和華實鑒諸。

人子以父之榮、偕其使者將臨、視人所行而報之、

迨上帝以耶穌基督鞫人隱微之日、如我福音所言也、

我耶和華鑒察人心、視人所行、而加報施。

蓋我儕賴之而生、而動、而存、如爾作詩者有云、我儕為其赤子焉、

我已永生、雖死復生、歷世無疆、執陰府死亡之鑰、

上帝兮、俾我生存、免余悚動、鍛鍊我躬、無異冶金兮、

上帝無不義兮、鑒民衷藏、惡則癉之兮、善則彰。
