If you falter in a time of trouble, how small is your strength!

你在患难之日若胆怯，你的力量就微小。

在患难时你若灰心，你的力量就微小。

逆境中丧胆的是弱者。

你在患难的日子若是懈怠，你的力量就微小。

如果你在患难的日子里软弱，你的力量就微小。

逆境中喪膽的是弱者。

你在患難的日子若是懈怠，你的力量就微小。

你在患難的日子若懈怠，你的能力就難以應付。

如果你在患難的日子裡軟弱，你的力量就微小。

臨難而委靡、爾力乃微弱、

臨難而畏葸、無勇也。

爾遭難之日若畏怯、爾力亦衰微、

If you grow weak when trouble comes, your strength is very small!

If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.

If you fail under pressure, your strength is too small.

If you do nothing in a difficult time, your strength is limited.

If you show yourself lacking courage on the day of distress, Your strength is meager.

If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.

If thou faint in the day of adversity, Thy strength is small.

If you do nothing in a difficult time, your strength is limited.

If you faint in the day of trouble, your strength is small!

If you falter in the time of trouble, your strength is small.

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.

Do not lose heart or be afraid when rumors are heard in the land; one rumor comes this year, another the next, rumors of violence in the land and of ruler against ruler.

But David thought to himself,“ One of these days I will be destroyed by the hand of Saul. The best thing I can do is to escape to the land of the Philistines. Then Saul will give up searching for me anywhere in Israel, and I will slip out of his hand.”

But now trouble comes to you, and you are discouraged; it strikes you, and you are dismayed.

Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.And have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says,“ My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,

You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.

I know where you live— where Satan has his throne. Yet you remain true to my name. You did not renounce your faith in me, not even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was put to death in your city— where Satan lives.
