A truthful witness saves lives, but a false witness is deceitful.

An honest witness saves lives. But a dishonest witness tells lies.

A truthful witness saves lives, but one who breathes out lies is deceitful.

But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron,who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth.

Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts,

solemnly testifying to both Jews and Greeks of repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

But get up and stand on your feet; for this purpose I have appeared to you, to appoint you as a servant and a witness not only to the things in which you have seen Me, but also to the things in which I will appear to you,rescuing you from the Jewish people and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending you,to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’“ For that reason, King Agrippa, I did not prove disobedient to the heavenly vision,but continually proclaimed to those in Damascus first, and in Jerusalem, and then all the region of Judea, and even to the Gentiles, that they are to repent and turn to God, performing deeds consistent with repentance.

Therefore, I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all people.For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God.
