A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the sinner’s wealth is laid up for the righteous.

A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.

A good person leaves what they own to their children and grandchildren. But a sinner’s wealth is stored up for those who do right.

Who is the man who fears the Lord? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose.His soul shall abide in well-being, and his offspring shall inherit the land.

The children of your servants shall dwell secure; their offspring shall be established before you.
