Sin is not ended by using many words. But those who are wise control their tongues.

When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent.

Too much talk leads to sin. Be sensible and keep your mouth shut.

When there are many words, sin is unavoidable, but the one who controls his lips is prudent.

The truly wise person restrains his words, and the one who stays calm is discerning.Even a fool who remains silent is considered wise, and the one who holds his tongue is deemed discerning.

At the beginning his words are foolish and at the end his talk is wicked madness,yet a fool keeps on babbling. No one knows what will happen; who can tell him what will happen in the future?

Just as dreams come when there are many cares, so the rash vow of a fool occurs when there are many words.
