“ The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure that a man discovered hidden in a field. In his excitement, he hid it again and sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field.

For God, who said,“ Let there be light in the darkness,” has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ.We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.

Watch your tongue and keep your mouth shut, and you will stay out of trouble.

Unfriendly people care only about themselves; they lash out at common sense.

To acquire wisdom is to love yourself; people who cherish understanding will prosper.

Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser. Let those with understanding receive guidance

Then he added,“ Every teacher of religious law who becomes a disciple in the Kingdom of Heaven is like a homeowner who brings from his storeroom new gems of truth as well as old.”

Intelligent people are always ready to learn. Their ears are open for knowledge.

A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart.
