Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

他本有神的形像，不以自己与神同等为强夺的；

他本有上帝的形像，却不坚持自己与上帝同等；

他本有神的形像，却不坚持自己与神同等；

祂虽然本质上是上帝，却没有紧紧抓住自己与上帝平等的地位不放，

他本来有神的形象，却不坚持自己与神平等的地位，

虽然他就是神本体的存在，却不把与神同等看做是一件要强抓不放的事，

他本有神的形像，不以自己與神同等為強奪的；

他本有上帝的形像，卻不堅持自己與上帝同等；

他本有神的形像，卻不堅持自己與神同等；

祂雖然本質上是上帝，卻沒有緊緊抓住自己與上帝平等的地位不放，

他本來有神的形象，卻不堅持自己與神平等的地位，

他形質上本是屬神的，卻不以自己與上帝平等為應當把持不捨的，

雖然他就是神本體的存在，卻不把與神同等看做是一件要強抓不放的事，

彼原有上帝之狀、不以匹上帝自居、

彼具體上帝、即匹上帝、不為僭、

彼具天主之體、即配天主不以為僭、

夫彼神也、與天主等齊而不居焉、

Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;

In his very nature he was God. Jesus was equal with God. But Jesus didn’t take advantage of that fact.

who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,

Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.

who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God as something to be exploited.

who, as He already existed in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,

who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,

who, existing in the form of God, counted not the being on an equality with God a thing to be grasped,

who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God as something to be used for His own advantage.

who though he existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped,

who, existing in the form of God, didn’t consider equality with God a thing to be grasped,

Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Who being the brightness of[ his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

I and[ my] Father are one.

Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether[ they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Whose[ are] the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ[ came], who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah,[ though] thou be little among the thousands of Judah,[ yet] out of thee shall he come forth unto me[ that is] to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth[ have been] from of old, from everlasting.

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:I[ am] he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father[ is] in me, and I in him.

And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him,[ Art] thou for us, or for our adversaries?And he said, Nay; but[ as] captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant?And the captain of the LORD’S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest[ is] holy. And Joshua did so.

And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.The same was in the beginning with God.

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God:Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him[ in] Bethel, and there he spake with us;Even the LORD God of hosts; the LORD[ is] his memorial.

But unto the Son[ he saith], Thy throne, O God,[ is] for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness[ is] the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber.And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where[ was] the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel[ was] there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain.Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do?[ even] the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again,[ and] thou shalt see greater abominations.

That all[ men] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared[ him].

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this[ is] his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach[ even] to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.

Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou[ then], Shew us the Father?

Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man[ that is] my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto this day,The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.

Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come[ again] unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God,[ be] honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.And he said unto him, What[ is] thy name? And he said, Jacob.And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.And Jacob asked[ him], and said, Tell[ me], I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore[ is] it[ that] thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.
