“ Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,

「願耶和華，賜萬人氣息的上帝，立一個人治理會眾，

「願耶和華，賜萬人氣息的神，立一個人治理會眾，

「耶和華啊，你是賜人生命的上帝，求你立一個人做會眾的首領，

“願耶和華萬人之靈的神，立一個人治理會眾，

『願永恆主萬人之靈的上帝立一個人來治理會眾，

請耶和華、世人諸神之上帝、簡立一人、統轄會眾、

耶和華上帝乎、爾以生氣賜於億兆、請立一人、統轄會眾、

天主耶和華、賜生氣於一切身軀者、或作天主耶和華賜生命於凡有血氣者求立一人治理此會、

“ May the Lord, the God who gives breath to all living things, appoint someone over this community

“ Lord, you are the God who gives life and breath to all living things. Please put someone in charge of this community.

“ Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation

“ O Lord, you are the God who gives breath to all creatures. Please appoint a new man as leader for the community.

“ May the LORD, the God who gives breath to all, appoint a man over the community

“ May the Lord, the God of the spirits of humanity, appoint a man over the congregation,

Let Jehovah, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,

“ May the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the community

Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,

“ Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all humankind, appoint a man over the community,

“ Let Yahweh, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,

Then they fell on their faces, and said,“ O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and You be angry with all the congregation?”

Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?

‘ For thus says the Lord GOD:“ Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out.As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day.And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country.I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,” says the Lord GOD.“ I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong, and feed them in judgment.”

Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

And behold, I propose to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, as the Lord spoke to my father David, saying,“ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place, he shall build the house for My name.”

“ I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.

Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.

“ Now therefore, here is the king whom you have chosen and whom you have desired. And take note, the Lord has set a king over you.

And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly;nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock;and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

“ David My servant shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd; they shall also walk in My judgments and observe My statutes, and do them.

I will establish one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them— My servant David. He shall feed them and be their shepherd.

I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the Lord.“ Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,“ That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Behold, the days approach when you must die; call Joshua, and present yourselves in the tabernacle of meeting, that I may inaugurate him.” So Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves in the tabernacle of meeting.
