“ Take the staff, and you and your brother Aaron gather the assembly together. Speak to that rock before their eyes and it will pour out its water. You will bring water out of the rock for the community so they and their livestock can drink.”

耶和华回答摩西：“你要到人民的面前，要带着以色列的几个长老和你一起，手里要拿着你先前击打河水的杖。看哪，我必在何烈山那里的磐石上站在你面前；你要击打磐石，就必有水从磐石流出来，使人民可以喝。”摩西就在以色列的长老眼前这样行了。

野地的走兽必尊重我，野狗和鸵鸟也必这样，因为我使旷野有水，使荒地有江河，好使我拣选的子民有水喝，

他在旷野使磐石裂开，给他们水喝，多如深渊的水。他使水从磐石中涌出来，使水好像江河一般流下。

摩西对约书亚说：“你要为我们选出人来，出去和亚玛力人争战；明天我要站在山顶上，手里拿着神的杖。”

耶稣回答他们：“我实在告诉你们，如果你们有信心，不怀疑，不但能作我对无花果树所作的，就是对这座山说‘移开，投到海里去’，也必成就。

圣灵和新娘都说：“来！”听见的人也要说：“来！”口渴的人也要来！愿意的人都要白白接受生命的水！

耶稣回答他们：“你们对神要有信心（“你们对神要有信心”有些抄本作“如果你们对神有信心”）。我实在告诉你们，无论什么人对这座山说‘移开，投到海里’，只要他心里不怀疑，相信他所说的一定能够成就，就必给他成就。所以我告诉你们，凡是你们祷告祈求的，只要相信能够得到，就必得到。

以及河谷的斜坡，这斜坡伸展到亚珥城的地方，就是靠近摩押边境的。”

耶和华岂有难成的事吗？到明年这个时候，我要回到你这里来，那时，撒拉必生一个儿子。”

你们向来没有奉我的名求什么；现在你们祈求，就必定得着，让你们的喜乐满溢。

他裂开磐石，水就涌流出来；在干旱之处水流成河。

耶和华问摩西：“那在你手里的是什么？”他说：“是手杖。”

困苦和贫穷的人寻求水，却没有水；他们的舌头因口渴而干燥；我耶和华必应允他们，我以色列的神必不离弃他们。我要在光秃的高处开辟江河，在山谷之间开辟泉源；我要使旷野变为水池，使干地变成水泉。

你从天上赐下粮食，给他们充饥，吩咐水从磐石流出来给他们解渴；你又吩咐他们进去占领，你举手起誓要赐给他们的那地。

摩西举手，用杖击打磐石两次，就有很多水流出来，会众和他们的牲畜都喝了。

摩西和亚伦就这样行了，就像耶和华所吩咐的；亚伦在法老面前和法老的臣仆面前举起手杖，击打河里的水，河里的水就都变了血。

天使又指示我一道明亮如水晶的生命水的河流，从神和羊羔的宝座那里流出来，

于是人民呼喊，祭司也吹角。人民听见角声的时候，就大声呼喊，城墙就塌陷了；于是，人民冲入城中，人人向前，把城攻取。

当羊角吹起长号，你们听见角声的时候，全体人民要大声呼喊，那时城墙就必塌陷；你们各人要向前直冲。”

耶稣回答她：“你若知道神的恩赐，和对你说‘请给我水喝’的是谁，你必早已求他，他也必早把活水赐给你了。”妇人说：“先生，你没有打水的器具，井又深，你从哪里得活水呢？我们的祖先雅各把这口井留给我们，他自己和子孙以及牲畜都喝这井的水，难道你比他还大吗？”耶稣回答：“凡喝这水的，还要再渴；人若喝我所赐的水，就永远不渴。我所赐的水要在他里面成为涌流的泉源，直涌到永生。”

摩西就带着他的妻子和孩子，让他们骑在驴上，向着埃及地回去了；摩西手里拿着神的杖。

这井是领袖挖掘的，是民间的尊贵人，用圭用杖挖掘的。”以色列人从旷野到了玛他拿，

五旬节到了，他们都聚集在一起。忽然有一阵好像强风吹过的响声，从天而来，充满了他们坐在里面的整间屋子。又有火焰般的舌头显现出来，分别落在他们各人身上。他们都被圣灵充满，就照着圣灵所赐给他们的口才，用别种语言说出话来。

因为他说有，就有；命立，就立。

他使磐石变为水池，使坚石变为水泉。

你们虽然不好，尚且知道把好东西给自己的儿女，何况天父，岂不更把圣灵赐给求他的人吗？”

这些人和几个妇女，耶稣的母亲马利亚，还有他的兄弟们，都在一起，同心地恒切祷告。

你要把你的杖举起来，向海伸手，把海分开，叫以色列人下到海中走干地。

耶和华领他们走过荒野的时候，他们并不干渴；他为他们使水从磐石流出来。他裂开磐石，水就涌出来。
