耶和華、拯救我的神啊！我晝夜都在你面前哀求。

“我們的父親死在曠野，他並不是在那聚集攻擊耶和華的人之中，不屬可拉一黨的人；他死在自己的罪中，只是他沒有兒子。

你們各人要拿著自己的香爐，把香盛在上面；你們各人要把自己的香爐帶到耶和華面前，共二百五十個香爐；你和亞倫也各人拿著自己的香爐。”

故此，陰間擴張它的咽喉，張大它的口，沒有限量；耶路撒冷城的榮耀（“榮耀”或譯：“貴族”）、群眾、喧嚷的人和在城中作樂的人，都要下到陰間。

地開了口，從你手裡接受了你弟弟的血，現在你要從這地受咒詛。

耶和華啊！你恩待了你的地，恢復了雅各的產業（“恢復了雅各的產業”或譯：“領回了雅各被擄的”）。

也沒有見過他怎樣對待流本的子孫以利押的兒子大坍、亞比蘭；大地怎樣在全體以色列人中間裂開了，把他們和他們的家人、帳棚，以及與他們在一起一切有生命之物都吞下去；

萬軍之耶和華啊！你的居所多麼可愛。

西番雅是他哈的兒子，他哈是亞惜的兒子，亞惜是以比雅撒的兒子，以比雅撒是可拉的兒子，

如果耶和華作一件新事，使地開口，把他們和他們所有的都吞下去，叫他們活活地下到陰間，這樣你們就知道這些人是藐視耶和華了。”

於是地裂開，吞下了大坍，把亞比蘭一夥的人也掩埋了。

地卻幫助了那婦人，張開口，把從龍口中吐出來的河水吞了。
