第七年你卻要讓地歇息，放它自生，好使你民間的窮人有喫的；他們餘剩的、田野的走獸可以喫。你的葡萄園橄欖園、你也要這樣辦理。

『人若使田地或葡萄園裏的東西被喫，人若放牲口在別人的田地裏喫東西，他就要拿自己田地裏最好的、和葡萄園裏最好的、來賠償。

非利士人把他抓住，剜了他的眼睛，帶他下到迦薩，用銅鍊拘束着他；他就在監牢裏做推磨的人。
