出埃及第四十年十一月初一日，摩西照耶和华藉着他所吩咐以色列人的话都晓谕他们。

自从耶和华对摩西说这话的时候，耶和华照他所应许的使我存活这四十五年；其间以色列人在旷野行走。看哪，现今我八十五岁了，

男人就为无罪，妇人必担当自己的罪孽。”

以色列人出了埃及地后四十年，五月初一日，祭司亚伦遵着耶和华的吩咐上何珥山，就死在那里。
