Whenever it came to rest, he said,“ Return, Lord, to the countless thousands of Israel.”

When the ark stopped, Moses said,“ Lord, return. Return to the many thousands of people in Israel.”

And when it rested, he said,“ Return, O Lord, to the ten thousand thousands of Israel.”

And when the Ark was set down, he would say,“ Return, O Lord, to the countless thousands of Israel!”

When it came to rest, he would say: Return, LORD, to the countless thousands of Israel.

And when it rested, he said:“ Return, O Lord, To the many thousands of Israel.”

耶和華啊，你為什麼使我們離開你的道路迷失，使我們的心剛硬不敬畏你呢？為你的僕人們、你繼業各支派的緣故，求你回轉吧！

耶和華啊，這要等到什麼時候呢？求你回轉，憐憫你的僕人們！求你使我們清晨就飽嘗你的慈愛，好讓我們在一生的日子裡歡呼喜樂。你苦待我們的日子和我們遭害的歲月是怎樣，求你使我們的歡喜也怎樣。願你的作為向你的僕人們顯現，願你的威嚴向他們的子孫顯現。願主我們神的恩慈臨到我們；願你為我們堅立我們手所做的；我們手所做的，願你堅立！
