摩西对岳父流珥之子米甸人何巴说：“我们就要动身前往耶和华应许给我们的地方，祂曾说要把那地方赐给我们。请你跟我们一起去吧，我们必厚待你，耶和华已经应许要赐福给以色列人。”

摩西謂其妻兄妻兄或作外舅米甸人流珥子何巴伯曰、我儕往主所許賜我之地、求爾與我偕往、我儕必厚待爾、因主曾許賜恩於以色列人、

Now Moses said to Hobab son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law,“ We are setting out for the place about which the Lord said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us and we will treat you well, for the Lord has promised good things to Israel.”

Moses spoke to Hobab, the son of Reuel. Reuel was Moses’ father- in- law. Reuel was from Midian. Moses said to Hobab,“ We’re starting out for the place the Lord promised to us. He said to us,‘ I will give it to you.’ So come with us. We’ll treat you well. The Lord has promised to give good things to Israel.”

And Moses said to Hobab the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law,“ We are setting out for the place of which the Lord said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will do good to you, for the Lord has promised good to Israel.”

One day Moses said to his brother in law, Hobab son of Reuel the Midianite,“ We are on our way to the place the Lord promised us, for he said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us and we will treat you well, for the Lord has promised wonderful blessings for Israel!”

Moses said to Hobab, descendant of Reuel the Midianite and Moses’s relative by marriage,“ We’re setting out for the place the LORD promised,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will treat you well, for the LORD has promised good things to Israel.”

Then Moses said to Hobab the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father in law,“ We are setting out to the place of which the Lord said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us and we will do you good, for the Lord has promised good concerning Israel.”

Now Moses said to Hobab the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law,“ We are setting out for the place of which the Lord said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will treat you well; for the Lord has promised good things to Israel.”

And Moses said unto Hobab, the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father- in- law, We are journeying unto the place of which Jehovah said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good; for Jehovah hath spoken good concerning Israel.

Moses said to Hobab, son of Moses’ father-in-law Reuel the Midianite:“ We’re setting out for the place the Lord promised:‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will treat you well, for the Lord has promised good things to Israel.”

And Moses said unto Hobab, the son of Raguel the Midianite, Moses’ father in law, We are journeying unto the place of which the LORD said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good: for the LORD hath spoken good concerning Israel.

Moses said to Hobab son of Reuel, the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law,“ We are journeying to the place about which the LORD said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us and we will treat you well, for the LORD has promised good things for Israel.”

Moses said to Hobab, the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father- in- law,“ We are journeying to the place of which Yahweh said,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will treat you well; for Yahweh has spoken good concerning Israel.”

The Lord appeared to Abram and said,“ To your offspring I will give this land.” So he built an altar there to the Lord, who had appeared to him. (niv)

Now Heber the Kenite had left the other Kenites, the descendants of Hobab, Moses’ brother-in-law, and pitched his tent by the great tree in Zaanannim near Kedesh. (niv)

Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. (niv)

When the girls returned to Reuel their father, he asked them,“ Why have you returned so early today?” (niv)

I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the Lord.’” (niv)

So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey— the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. (niv)

But you have said,‘ I will surely make you prosper and will make your descendants like the sand of the sea, which cannot be counted.’” (niv)

in the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time, (niv)

and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say,‘ Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’” (niv)

On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said,“ To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates— (niv)

God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. (niv)

All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever. (niv)

Then Moses sent his father-in-law on his way, and Jethro returned to his own country. (niv)

They will ask the way to Zion and turn their faces toward it. They will come and bind themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten. (niv)

Many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. (niv)

The descendants of Moses’ father-in-law, the Kenite, went up from the City of Palms with the people of Judah to live among the inhabitants of the Desert of Judah in the Negev near Arad. (niv)

Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. (niv)

He gave him no inheritance here, not even enough ground to set his foot on. But God promised him that he and his descendants after him would possess the land, even though at that time Abraham had no child. (niv)

Then he said to the Kenites,“ Go away, leave the Amalekites so that I do not destroy you along with them; for you showed kindness to all the Israelites when they came up out of Egypt.” So the Kenites moved away from the Amalekites. (niv)

Now Jethro, the priest of Midian and father-in-law of Moses, heard of everything God had done for Moses and for his people Israel, and how the Lord had brought Israel out of Egypt. (niv)

God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? (niv)

The Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” And let the one who hears say,“ Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life. (niv)
