The Levites— Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah— instructed the people in the Law while the people were standing there.

The Levites taught the Law to the people. They remained standing while the Levites taught them. The Levites who were there included Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai and Hodiah. They also included Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law, while the people remained in their places.

The Levites— Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah— then instructed the people in the Law while everyone remained in their places.

Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah, who were Levites, explained the law to the people as they stood in their places.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites explained the Law to the people while the people remained in their place.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law; and the people stood in their place.

Also Jeshua, and Bani, and Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law: and the people stood in their place.

Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah– all of whom were Levites– were teaching the people the law, as the people remained standing.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law; and the people stayed in their place.

耶书亚、巴尼、甲篾、示巴尼、布尼、示利比、巴尼和基拿尼，站立在利未人的台阶上，向耶和华他们的神大声哀求。

下一段是由便雅悯和哈述，修筑他们自己房屋对面的那段。再下一段由亚难尼的孙子、玛西雅的儿子亚撒利雅，修筑他自己的房屋旁边的那段。

巴施户珥的子孙中，有以利约乃、玛西雅、以实玛利、拿坦业、约撒拔和以利亚撒。利未人中有约撒拔、示每、基拉雅（又叫基利他），还有毗他希雅、犹大和以利以谢。

可以把耶和华藉着摩西告诉以色列人的一切律例，教训他们。”

利未人有：亚散尼的儿子耶书亚、希拿达的子孙宾内和甲篾；还有他们的兄弟示巴尼、荷第雅、基利他、毗莱雅、哈难、

他们要把你的典章教训雅各，把你的律法教训以色列；他们要把香焚在你面前，把全牲的燔祭献在你的祭坛上。

撒刻、示利比、示巴尼、荷第雅、巴尼、比尼努；

守门的有：亚谷和达们，以及他们的亲族，看守各门，共一百七十二人。

他作王第三年，就差派他的大臣便．亥伊勒、俄巴底、撒迦利雅、拿坦业、米该亚，到犹大各城去教训人。和他们同去的，还有示玛雅、尼探雅、西巴第雅、亚撒黑、示米拉末、约拿单、亚多尼雅、多比雅和驼．巴多尼雅等几位利未人；又有以利沙玛和约兰两位祭司和他们同去。他们带着耶和华的律法书，在犹大教训人；他们走遍犹大各城，在民间教训人。

管理米斯巴的区长耶书亚的儿子以谢修筑接着的一段，对着军械库的斜坡、城墙转角的地方。

因为我们神施恩的手帮助我们，他们就从以色列的曾孙、利未的孙子、抹利的子孙中带一个敏悟的人到我们这里来；还有示利比和他的儿子，以及他们的兄弟，共十八人。

又有利未人的族长沙比太和约撒拔，管理神殿的外务。

希西家慰勉所有善于事奉耶和华的利未人；众人吃节筵七日，又献上平安祭，称颂耶和华他们列祖的神。

再下一段由利未人巴尼的儿子利宏修筑；接着的一段由管理半个基伊拉的区长哈沙比雅为他本区修筑。

利未人的族长是哈沙比雅、示利比、甲篾的儿子耶书亚与他们的兄弟相对站立，照着神人大卫的命令，按着班次赞美称颂。玛他尼、八布迦、俄巴底亚、米书兰、达们和亚谷都是守门的，守卫城门的库房。

还有亚撒利雅、以斯拉、米书兰、

祭司以利亚金、玛西雅、米拿尼、米该雅、以利约乃、撒迦利亚和哈楠尼亚，拿着号筒；又有玛西雅、示玛雅、以利亚撒、乌西、约哈难、玛基雅、以拦和以谢；歌唱者在伊斯拉希雅领导下，高声歌唱。

祭司有：西莱雅、亚撒利雅、耶利米、

经学家以斯拉站在为这事特制的木台上；站在他右边的，有玛他提雅、示玛、亚奈雅、乌利亚、希勒家和玛西雅；站在他左边的，有毗大雅、米沙利、玛基雅、哈顺、哈拔大拿、撒迦利亚和米书兰。

祭司的嘴当保存知识，人要从他的口中寻求教训，因为他是万军耶和华的使者。
