The Levites— Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah— instructed the people in the Law while the people were standing there.

The Levites taught the Law to the people. They remained standing while the Levites taught them. The Levites who were there included Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai and Hodiah. They also included Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law, while the people remained in their places.

The Levites— Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah— then instructed the people in the Law while everyone remained in their places.

Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah, who were Levites, explained the law to the people as they stood in their places.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites explained the Law to the people while the people remained in their place.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law; and the people stayed in their place.

你们必须将我借摩西赐给以色列人的一切律例教导他们。”

再下一段由耶书亚的儿子、管理米斯巴的以谢修筑，他从斜坡对面修到城墙转角的兵器库。

我们的上帝施恩帮助我们，他们给我们带来一位能干的人示利比及其弟兄和儿子共十八人。示利比是以色列的儿子利未的后裔抹利的子孙。

还有利未人的族长沙比太和约撒拔，他们负责上帝殿外面的事务。

希西迦慰劳所有善于事奉耶和华的利未人。于是，众人欢宴过节七天，又献上平安祭，称谢他们祖先的上帝耶和华。

再下一段由巴尼的儿子利宏带领的利未人修筑。接下来，管理半个基伊拉的哈沙比雅修筑了自己的辖区。

哈沙比雅、示利比和甲篾的儿子耶书亚是利未人的首领。他们的弟兄站在他们对面，照上帝仆人大卫的吩咐一班一班地赞美、称颂上帝。负责守卫库房的是玛他尼、八布迦、俄巴底亚、米书兰、达们和亚谷。

还有亚撒利雅、以斯拉、米书兰、

同时还有吹号的祭司以利亚金、玛西雅、米拿民、米该雅、以利约乃、撒迦利亚和哈楠尼亚，以及玛西雅、示玛雅、以利亚撒、乌西、约哈难、玛基雅、以拦和以谢。歌乐手在伊斯拉希雅的领导下高声歌唱。

律法教师以斯拉站在为这聚会预备的木台上，站在他右边的是玛他提雅、示玛、亚奈雅、乌利亚、希勒迦和玛西雅；站在他左边的是毗大雅、米沙利、玛基雅、哈顺、哈拔大拿、撒迦利亚和米书兰。

祭司的嘴唇应持守知识，人民应从他口中寻求训诲，因为他是万军之耶和华的使者。
