Then Nathanael declared,“ Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel.” (niv)

For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God. (niv)

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. (niv)

He trusts in God. Let God rescue him now if he wants him, for he said,‘ I am the Son of God.’” (niv)

See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised,“ Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” (niv)
