他望上一看，就說：『我看見人、像樹木在走路。』

瞽者仰視曰、我見人矣、觀其若樹而行也、

其人仰望、曰：『吾見人似樹而行。』

And he looked up and said,“ I see men like trees, walking.”

And he looked up, and said, I see men; for I behold them as trees, walking.

He looked up and said,“ I see people— they look to me like trees walking.”

And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.

Regaining his sight he said,“ I see people, but they look like trees walking.”

He looked up, and said,“ I see men; for I see them like trees walking.”

因為我們現在所知道的，只是一部分；所講的道也只是一部分；等那完全的來到，這部分的就要過去了。我作孩子的時候，說話像孩子，心思像孩子，想法像孩子，既然長大了，就把孩子的事都丟棄了。我們現在是對著鏡子觀看，模糊不清，到那時就要面對面了。我現在所知道的只是一部分，到那時就完全知道了，好像主完全知道我一樣。

到那日，聾子必聽見這書卷上的話；瞎子的眼，必在迷蒙黑暗中也能看見。

那時，能看見事物者的眼睛，必不再昏暗；能聽到事物者的耳朵，必然傾聽。

迦勒看見了那些人，就對西布勒說：“你看，有人從山頂上下來。”西布勒說：“你看見山的影子以為是人。”
