Because you did not carry it at the first, the Lord our God made an outburst against us, since we did not seek Him according to the ordinance.”

There they are in great dread, For God is with a righteous generation.

And when He stepped out onto the land, a man from the city met Him who was possessed with demons; and he had not put on clothing for a long time and was not living in a house, but among the tombs.

“ Can the prey be taken from a mighty man, Or the captives of a tyrant be rescued?”Indeed, this is what the Lord says:“ Even the captives of the mighty man will be taken away, And the prey of a tyrant will be rescued; For I will contend with the one who contends with you, And I will save your sons.

And she had a sister called Mary, who was also seated at the Lord’s feet, and was listening to His word.

Will His majesty not terrify you, And the dread of Him fall upon you?

And as He was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon possessed was begging Him that he might accompany Him.

Those who had seen it described to them how it had happened to the demon possessed man, and all about the pigs.

David was afraid of God that day, saying,“ How can I bring the ark of God home to me?”

because he had often been bound with shackles and chains, and the chains had been torn apart by him and the shackles broken in pieces; and no one was strong enough to subdue him.
