Only fear the Lord and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.

And He said to them,“ Where is your faith?” But they were fearful and amazed, saying to one another,“ Who then is this, that He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey Him?”

When they got into the boat, the wind stopped.

Who will not fear You, Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy; For all the nations will come and worship before You, For Your righteous acts have been revealed.”

And I said,‘ As far as this point you shall come, but no farther; And here your proud waves shall stop’?

But the woman, fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.

So Samuel called to the Lord, and the Lord sent thunder and rain that day; and all the people greatly feared the Lord and Samuel.Then all the people said to Samuel,“ Pray to the Lord your God for your servants, so that we do not die; for we have added to all our sins this evil, by asking for ourselves a king.”Samuel said to the people,“ Do not fear. You have committed all this evil, yet do not turn aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart.

“ My covenant with him was one of life and peace, and I gave them to him as an object of reverence; so he revered Me and was in awe of My name.

So they picked up Jonah and hurled him into the sea, and the sea stopped its raging.Then the men became extremely afraid of the Lord, and they offered a sacrifice to the Lord and made vows.

So he said to them,“ I am a Hebrew, and I fear the Lord God of heaven who made the sea and the dry land.”Then the men became extremely afraid, and they said to him,“ How could you do this?” For the men knew that he was fleeing from the presence of the Lord, because he had told them.

And they were utterly astonished, saying,“ He has done all things well; He makes even those who are deaf hear, and those who are unable to talk, speak.”

Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let’s show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe;

And amazement came upon them all, and they began talking with one another, saying,“ What is this message? For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”
