難道主要永遠丟棄我，不再施恩嗎？難道他的慈愛永遠窮盡，他的應許世世廢棄嗎？難道神忘記開恩，因發怒就止住他的慈悲嗎？（細拉）我便說：這是我的懦弱，但我要追念至高者顯出右手之年代。 (cunpt)

到了正午，以利亞嬉笑他們，說：「大聲求告吧！因為他是神，他或默想，或走到一邊，或行路，或睡覺，你們當叫醒他。」他們大聲求告，按着他們的規矩，用刀槍自割、自刺，直到身體流血。從午後直到獻晚祭的時候，他們狂呼亂叫，卻沒有聲音，沒有應允的，也沒有理會的。 (cunpt)

耶和華召你，如召被離棄心中憂傷的妻，就是幼年所娶被棄的妻。這是你神所說的。我離棄你不過片時，卻要施大恩將你收回。我的怒氣漲溢，頃刻之間向你掩面，卻要以永遠的慈愛憐恤你。這是耶和華－你的救贖主說的。 (cunpt)

耶和華啊，你為甚麼站在遠處？在患難的時候為甚麼隱藏？惡人在驕橫中把困苦人追得火急；願他們陷在自己所設的計謀裏。 (cunpt)

門徒來叫醒了他，說：「主啊，救我們，我們喪命啦！」 (cunpt)

雅各啊，你為何說，我的道路向耶和華隱藏？以色列啊，你為何言，我的冤屈神並不查問？你豈不曾知道嗎？你豈不曾聽見嗎？永在的神耶和華，創造地極的主，並不疲乏，也不困倦；他的智慧無法測度。 (cunpt)

錫安說：耶和華離棄了我；主忘記了我。婦人焉能忘記她吃奶的嬰孩，不憐恤她所生的兒子？即或有忘記的，我卻不忘記你。看哪，我將你銘刻在我掌上；你的牆垣常在我眼前。 (cunpt)

求你從天上垂顧，從你聖潔榮耀的居所觀看。你的熱心和你大能的作為在哪裏呢？你愛慕的心腸和憐憫向我們止住了。 (cunpt)

耶和華的膀臂啊，興起！興起！以能力為衣穿上，像古時的年日、上古的世代興起一樣。從前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透大魚的，不是你嗎？使海與深淵的水乾涸、使海的深處變為贖民經過之路的，不是你嗎？ (cunpt)

主啊，求你睡醒，為何儘睡呢？求你興起，不要永遠丟棄我們！你為何掩面，不顧我們所遭的苦難和所受的欺壓？ (cunpt)

所以，他凡事該與他的弟兄相同，為要在神的事上成為慈悲忠信的大祭司，為百姓的罪獻上挽回祭。 (cunpt)

我的神，我的神！為甚麼離棄我？為甚麼遠離不救我？不聽我唉哼的言語？我的神啊，我白日呼求，你不應允，夜間呼求，並不住聲。 (cunpt)
