The Pharisees were saying to Him,“ Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?”

法利赛人对耶稣说：“看哪，他们在安息日为什么做不可做的事呢？”

法利赛人批评耶稣说：“看看你的门徒，他们为什么做安息日不准做的事？”

法利赛人对耶稣说：“你看，他们为什么作安息日不可作的事？”

有些法利赛人对耶稣说：“你看，他们为什么做安息日不可以做的事呢？”

法利賽人對耶穌說：「看哪，他們在安息日為甚麼做不可做的事呢？」

法利賽人對耶穌說：「看哪！他們為甚麼做安息日不合法的事呢？」

法利賽人對耶穌說：「看哪！他們為甚麼做安息日不合法的事呢？」

法利賽人批評耶穌說：「看看你的門徒，他們為什麼做安息日不准做的事？」

法利賽人對耶穌說：“你看，他們為甚麼作安息日不可作的事？”

法利賽人對他們說：『你看，他們為甚麼作安息日不可作的事呢？』

有些法利賽人對耶穌說：「你看，他們為什麼做安息日不可以做的事呢？」

法利賽人謂耶穌曰、彼何行安息日不宜行者乎、

𠵽唎㘔人曰、彼於安息日、何為所不當為乎、

法利賽人謂耶穌曰、視哉、彼於安息日為所不當為者、何也、

法利塞人謂耶穌曰：『不見爾徒擅犯禮日禁例！』

The Pharisees said to him,“ Look, why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?”

The Pharisees said to Jesus,“ Look! It is against the Law to do this on the Sabbath day. Why are your disciples doing it?”

And the Pharisees were saying to him,“ Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?”

But the Pharisees said to Jesus,“ Look, why are they breaking the law by harvesting grain on the Sabbath?”

The Pharisees said to him,“ Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?”

And the Pharisees said to Him,“ Look, why do they do what is not lawful on the Sabbath?”

And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful?

The Pharisees said to Him,“ Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?”

And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful?

So the Pharisees said to him,“ Look, why are they doing what is against the law on the Sabbath?”

The Pharisees said to him,“ Behold, why do they do that which is not lawful on the Sabbath day?”

but the seventh day is a Sabbath of the Lord your God; on it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male slave or your female slave, or your cattle, or your resident who stays with you.

“ If, because of the Sabbath, you restrain your foot From doing as you wish on My holy day, And call the Sabbath a pleasure, and the holy day of the Lord honorable, And honor it, desisting from your own ways, From seeking your own pleasure And speaking your own word,

“ Why does this man speak that way? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins except God alone?”

For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

“ Why do Your disciples break the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”And He answered and said to them,“ Why do you yourselves also break the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition?

When the scribes of the Pharisees saw that He was eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they said to His disciples,“ Why is He eating with tax collectors and sinners?”

Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?Or how can you say to your brother,‘ Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and look, the log is in your own eye?You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye!

“ For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day you shall have a holy day, a Sabbath of complete rest to the Lord; whoever does any work on it shall be put to death.You shall not kindle a fire in any of your dwellings on the Sabbath day.”

“ Also the foreigners who join themselves to the Lord, To attend to His service and to love the name of the Lord, To be His servants, every one who keeps the Sabbath so as not to profane it, And holds firmly to My covenant;

“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and have neglected the weightier provisions of the Law: justice and mercy and faithfulness; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.You blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel!

Now while the sons of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering wood on the Sabbath day.And those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation;and they placed him in custody, because it had not been decided what should be done to him.Then the Lord said to Moses,“ The man must be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.”So all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him to death with stones, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Blessed is a man who does this, And a son of man who takes hold of it; Who keeps from profaning the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

and say to them,‘ Listen to the word of the Lord, you kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all inhabitants of Jerusalem who come in through these gates.This is what the Lord says:“ Take care for yourselves, and do not carry any load on the Sabbath day or bring anything in through the gates of Jerusalem.You shall not bring a load out of your houses on the Sabbath day nor do any work, but keep the Sabbath day holy, just as I commanded your forefathers.Yet they did not listen or incline their ears, but stiffened their necks so as not to listen or accept discipline.“ But it will come about, if you give your attention to Me,” declares the Lord,“ to bring no load in through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but to keep the Sabbath day holy by doing no work on it,then there will come in through the gates of this city kings and officials sitting on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their officials, the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and this city will be inhabited forever.They will come in from the cities of Judah and from the areas surrounding Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the lowland, from the hill country, and from the Negev, bringing burnt offerings, sacrifices, grain offerings, and frankincense, and bringing sacrifices of thanksgiving to the house of the Lord.But if you do not listen to Me, to keep the Sabbath day holy by not carrying a load and coming in through the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, then I will set fire to its gates, and it will devour the palaces of Jerusalem and not go out.” ’ ”

For this is what the Lord says:“ To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, And choose what pleases Me, And hold firmly to My covenant,

For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day there is a Sabbath of complete rest, holy to the Lord; whoever does any work on the Sabbath day must be put to death.

In those days I saw in Judah people who were treading wine presses on the Sabbath, and bringing in sacks of grain and loading them on donkeys, as well as wine, grapes, figs, and every kind of load, and they were bringing them into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. So I admonished them on the day they sold food.Also people of Tyre were living there who imported fish and all kinds of merchandise, and sold them to the sons of Judah on the Sabbath, even in Jerusalem.Then I reprimanded the nobles of Judah and said to them,“ What is this evil thing that you are doing, by profaning the Sabbath day?Did your fathers not do the same, so that our God brought on us and on this city all this trouble? Yet you are adding to the wrath against Israel by profaning the Sabbath.”And it came about that just as it became dark at the gates of Jerusalem before the Sabbath, I ordered that the doors be shut, and that they were not to open them until after the Sabbath. Then I stationed some of my servants at the gates so that no load would enter on the Sabbath day.Once or twice the traders and merchants of every kind of merchandise spent the night outside Jerusalem.Then I warned them and said to them,“ Why do you spend the night in front of the wall? If you do so again, I will use force against you.” From that time on they did not come on the Sabbath.And I ordered the Levites that they were to purify themselves and come as gatekeepers to sanctify the Sabbath day. For this also remember me, my God, and have compassion on me according to the greatness of Your mercy.

Now when the Pharisees saw this, they said to Him,“ Look, Your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on a Sabbath!”
