Peter began to speak to him,“ Look, we have left everything to follow you!”

彼得說：「你看，我們已經撇下一切來跟從你了。」

彼得對他說：“你看，我們已經捨棄了一切，而且來跟從你了。”

彼得就對耶穌說：『你看，我們已經撇下了一切，跟從了你了。』

彼得就對耶穌說：「看，我們捨棄一切跟從了你！」

彼得曰、我儕已舍一切以從爾、

伯鐸祿曰：『盍觀吾儕、已舍一切而從子矣。』

Then Peter spoke up,“ We have left everything to follow you!”

Peter began to say to him,“ See, we have left everything and followed you.”

Then Peter began to speak up.“ We’ve given up everything to follow you,” he said.

Peter began to tell him,“ Look, we have left everything and followed you.”

Then Peter began to say to Him,“ See, we have left all and followed You.”

Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.

Peter began to tell him,“ Behold, we have left all, and have followed you.”

Then Peter said to him,“ Look, we have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?”Jesus said to them,“ I tell you the truth: In the age when all things are renewed, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.And whoever has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life.But many who are first will be last, and the last first.

They immediately left the boat and their father and followed him.

As he went along the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew, Simon’s brother, casting a net into the sea( for they were fishermen).Jesus said to them,“ Follow me, and I will turn you into fishers of people.”They left their nets immediately and followed him.Going on a little farther, he saw James, the son of Zebedee, and John his brother in their boat mending nets.Immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.

In the same way therefore not one of you can be my disciple if he does not renounce all his own possessions.

And Peter said,“ Look, we have left everything we own to follow you!”Then Jesus said to them,“ I tell you the truth, there is no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of God’s kingdomwho will not receive many times more in this age– and in the age to come, eternal life.”

They left their nets immediately and followed him.

But these assets I have come to regard as liabilities because of Christ.More than that, I now regard all things as liabilities compared to the far greater value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things– indeed, I regard them as dung!– that I may gain Christ,and be found in him, not because I have my own righteousness derived from the law, but because I have the righteousness that comes by way of Christ’s faithfulness– a righteousness from God that is in fact based on Christ’s faithfulness.
