But they do not know the thoughts of the Lord; they do not understand his plan, that he has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor.

But those nations don’t know what the Lord has in mind. They don’t understand his plan. He has planned to gather them up like bundles of grain. He has planned to take them to his threshing floor.

耶和華說：我知道我向你們所懷的意念是賜平安的意念，不是降災禍的意念，要叫你們末後有指望。

他手裏拿着簸箕，要揚淨他的場，把麥子收在倉裏，把糠用不滅的火燒盡了。」

耶和華說：我的意念非同你們的意念；我的道路非同你們的道路。

萬民都當興起，上到約沙法谷；因為我必坐在那裏，審判四圍的列國。開鐮吧！因為莊稼熟了；踐踏吧！因為酒醡滿了。酒池盈溢；他們的罪惡甚大。

深哉，神豐富的智慧和知識！他的判斷何其難測！他的蹤跡何其難尋！誰知道主的心？誰作過他的謀士呢？

耶和華的日子臨近，你的財物必被搶掠，在你中間分散。因為我必聚集萬國與耶路撒冷爭戰，城必被攻取，房屋被搶奪，婦女被玷污，城中的民一半被擄去；剩下的民仍在城中，不致剪除。那時，耶和華必出去與那些國爭戰，好像從前爭戰一樣。

我被打的禾稼，我場上的穀啊，我從萬軍之耶和華－以色列的神那裏所聽見的，都告訴你們了。

我又觀看，見有一片白雲，雲上坐着一位好像人子，頭上戴着金冠冕，手裏拿着快鐮刀。又有一位天使從殿中出來，向那坐在雲上的大聲喊着說：「伸出你的鐮刀來收割；因為收割的時候已經到了，地上的莊稼已經熟透了。」那坐在雲上的，就把鐮刀扔在地上，地上的莊稼就被收割了。又有一位天使從天上的殿中出來，他也拿着快鐮刀。又有一位天使從祭壇中出來，是有權柄管火的，向拿着快鐮刀的大聲喊着說：「伸出快鐮刀來，收取地上葡萄樹的果子，因為葡萄熟透了！」那天使就把鐮刀扔在地上，收取了地上的葡萄，丟在神忿怒的大酒醡中。那酒醡踹在城外，就有血從酒醡裏流出來，高到馬的嚼環，遠有六百里。
