此皆異邦人所求、爾天父知爾悉需之、

此皆異邦人所求、爾需此諸物、爾在天之父、已知之矣、

此正異邦人之所營者、爾之有需乎此、天父庸有不知；

For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

People who are ungodly run after all those things. Your Father who is in heaven knows that you need them.

For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.

These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.

For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

For after all these things do the Gentiles seek; for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

For the idolaters eagerly seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.

From people by Your hand, Lord, From people of the world, whose portion is in this life, And whose belly You fill with Your treasure; They are satisfied with children, And leave their abundance to their babies.

So I say this, and affirm in the Lord, that you are to no longer walk just as the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their minds,

Now which one of you fathers will his son ask for a fish, and instead of a fish, he will give him a snake?Or he will even ask for an egg, and his father will give him a scorpion?So if you, despite being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”

not in lustful passion, like the Gentiles who do not know God;

But Jesus called them to Himself and said,“ You know that the rulers of the Gentiles domineer over them, and those in high position exercise authority over them.It is not this way among you, but whoever wants to become prominent among you shall be your servant,

For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Even the tax collectors, do they not do the same?And if you greet only your brothers and sisters, what more are you doing than others? Even the Gentiles, do they not do the same?
