一切的眼目都仰望你，你按时赐给他们食物；你张开手，使一切有生命的都意愿满足。

应该想一想乌鸦：它们不撒种，也不收割，没有仓也没有库，神尚且养活它们；更何况你们，你们比飞鸟还重要呢！你们当中谁能因着忧虑使自己的寿命延长一刻呢？因此，你们如果连最小的事也不能做，为什么还要为其他的事忧虑呢？“应该想一想百合花是怎么生长的：它不劳动，也不纺织。但是我告诉你们：就连所罗门在他最荣耀的时候，所穿戴的也不如这些花中的一朵。你们这些小信的人哪！野地里的草今天还在，明天就被丢进火炉里，神尚且这样装扮它，更何况你们呢！你们不要追求吃什么、喝什么，也不要挂虑。因为这一切都是世界外邦人所寻求的，而你们的父已经知道你们需要这些了。“不过你们应当寻求神的国，这些都将加给你们了。你们这一小群哪，不要怕，因为你们的父乐意把国度赐给你们。

所有这些都仰望你按时赐给它们食物。你赐给它们，它们就收取；你张开手，它们就饱享美食。

五只麻雀不是卖两个小钱吗？可是在神面前，一只也不会被忘记；而且，就是你们的每一根头发也都被数过了。不要怕！你们比一大群麻雀还重要。

你们当中有哪个人，儿子要饼，却给他石头呢？

神说：“看哪，我把全地上一切结种子的蔬草和一切果实中带种子的树，都赐给你们；这些都可作为你们的食物。至于地上的一切野兽、天空的一切飞鸟和在地上活动的一切有气息的生物，我把各样绿色植物都赐给它们作食物。”事情就如此成就了。神看着他所造的一切，看哪，都非常好！有晚上，有早晨；这是第六日。

让田野的一切野兽有水喝；野驴得以解渴。天空的飞鸟在水边安居，从枝叶中间发出声音。

因为这一切都是外邦人所寻求的，而你们的天父已经知道你们需要这一切了。
