For where there is jealousy and selfishness, there is disorder and every evil practice.But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, accommodating, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial, and not hypocritical.And the fruit that consists of righteousness is planted in peace among those who make peace.

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all people.

For too long I have had to reside with those who hate peace.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to ungrateful and evil people.

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God.

For the kingdom of God does not consist of food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.For the one who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by people.So then, let us pursue what makes for peace and for building up one another.

Therefore, be imitators of God as dearly loved childrenand live in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God.

Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice, set things right, be encouraged, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.

But keep away from youthful passions, and pursue righteousness, faithfulness, love, and peace, in company with others who call on the Lord from a pure heart.But reject foolish and ignorant controversies, because you know they breed infighting.And the Lord’s slave must not engage in heated disputes but be kind toward all, an apt teacher, patient,

Now receive the one who is weak in the faith, and do not have disputes over differing opinions.One person believes in eating everything, but the weak person eats only vegetables.The one who eats everything must not despise the one who does not, and the one who abstains must not judge the one who eats everything, for God has accepted him.Who are you to pass judgment on another’s servant? Before his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.One person regards one day holier than other days, and another regards them all alike. Each must be fully convinced in his own mind.The one who observes the day does it for the Lord. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May those who love her prosper!May there be peace inside your defenses, and prosperity inside your fortresses!For the sake of my brothers and my neighbors I will say,“ May there be peace in you!”

Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort provided by love, any fellowship in the Spirit, any affection or mercy,complete my joy and be of the same mind, by having the same love, being united in spirit, and having one purpose.Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one another as more important than yourself.

so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God without blemish though you live in a crooked and perverse society, in which you shine as lights in the worldby holding on to the word of life so that on the day of Christ I will have a reason to boast that I did not run in vain nor labor in vain.

Do you want to really live? Would you love to live a long, happy life?
