耶和華的靈必停留在他身上，就是智慧的靈和聰明的靈，謀略的靈和能力的靈，知識的靈和敬畏耶和華的靈。

眾人受了洗，耶穌也受了洗。他正在禱告，天就開了，聖靈仿佛鴿子，有形體地降在他身上；有聲音從天上來，說：“你是我的愛子，我喜悅你。”

我本來不認識他，但為了要把他顯明給以色列人，因此我來用水施洗。”約翰又作見證說：“我曾看見聖靈，好像鴿子從天上降下來，停留在他的身上。我本來不認識他，但那差我來用水施洗的對我說：‘你看見聖靈降下來，停留在誰身上，誰就是用聖靈施洗的。’我看見了，就作見證說：‘這就是神的兒子。’”

看哪！這是我的僕人，我扶持他；我所揀選的，我的心喜悅他；我已經把我的靈賜給他，他必把公理帶給萬國。

就說：“看哪！我看見天開了，人子站在神的右邊。”

主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華膏了我，叫我傳福音給困苦的人；差遣我去醫治傷心的人，向被擄的宣告自由，向被囚的宣告釋放；

神所差來的那一位講神的話，因為神把聖靈無限地賜給他。

他是身體的頭，這身體就是教會。他是元始，是死人中首先復生的，好讓他在凡事上居首位；因為神樂意使所有的豐盛都住在愛子裡面，

第三十年四月五日，我正在迦巴魯河邊的時候，天開了，我就看見神的異象；那時，我是在被擄的人中間。

耶和華說：“至於我，我與他們所立的約是這樣：我加在你們身上的靈和我放在你口裡的話，必不離開你的口，不離開你後裔的口，也不離開你後裔的後裔的口，從現在直到永遠；這是耶和華說的。”
