“ What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called the Messiah?” Pilate asked. They all answered,“ Crucify him!”

Pilate said to them,“ Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said,“ Let him be crucified!”

Pilate asked them,“ What should I do then with Jesus, who is called Christ?” They all answered,“ Crucify him!”

Pilate* said to them,“ Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all* said,“ Crucify Him!”

Pilate said to them,“ What then shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said to him,“ Let Him be crucified!”

Pilate saith unto them, What then shall I do unto Jesus who is called Christ? They all say, Let him be crucified.

Pilate asked them,“ What should I do then with Jesus, who is called Messiah?” They all answered,“ Crucify Him!”

It was the day of Preparation of the Passover; it was about noon.“ Here is your king,” Pilate said to the Jews.But they shouted,“ Take him away! Take him away! Crucify him!”“ Shall I crucify your king?” Pilate asked.“ We have no king but Caesar,” the chief priests answered. (niv)

He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. (niv)

This is what the Lord says— the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel— to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers:“ Kings will see you and stand up, princes will see and bow down, because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.” (niv)

“ He trusts in the Lord,” they say,“ let the Lord rescue him. Let him deliver him, since he delights in him.”Yet you brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you, even at my mother’s breast. (niv)

and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, and Mary was the mother of Jesus who is called the Messiah. (niv)

“ Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. (niv)

In one month I got rid of the three shepherds. The flock detested me, and I grew weary of them (niv)

Wanting to release Jesus, Pilate appealed to them again.But they kept shouting,“ Crucify him! Crucify him!”For the third time he spoke to them:“ Why? What crime has this man committed? I have found in him no grounds for the death penalty. Therefore I will have him punished and then release him.”But with loud shouts they insistently demanded that he be crucified, and their shouts prevailed.So Pilate decided to grant their demand. The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death, but they did not find any. (niv)

“ What shall I do, then, with the one you call the king of the Jews?” Pilate asked them.“ Crucify him!” they shouted.“ Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder,“ Crucify him!” (niv)

if those of my household have never said,‘ Who has not been filled with Job’s meat?’— (niv)

So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them,“ Which one do you want me to release to you: Jesus Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?” (niv)
