Then He took a cup, and after giving thanks, He gave it to them and said,“ Drink from it, all of you.

Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying,“ Drink from it, all of you.

“ Come, everyone who is thirsty, come to the waters; and you without money, come, buy, and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost!

The Lord of Hosts will prepare a feast for all the peoples on this mountain— a feast of aged wine, choice meat, finely aged wine.

M I have come to my garden— my sister, my bride. I gather my myrrh with my spices. I eat my honeycomb with my honey. I drink my wine with my milk. Eat, friends! Drink, be intoxicated with love!

Your mouth is like fine wine— flowing smoothly for my love, gliding past my lips and teeth!

I will take the cup of salvation and call on the name of Yahweh.

Then He took a cup, and after giving thanks, He gave it to them, and so they all drank from it.He said to them,“ This is My blood that establishes the covenant; it is shed for many.

In the same way He also took the cup after supper and said,“ This cup is the new covenant established by My blood; it is shed for you.

The cup of blessing that we give thanks for, is it not a sharing in the blood of Christ? The bread that we break, is it not a sharing in the body of Christ?

So a man should examine himself; in this way he should eat the bread and drink from the cup.
