Now on the first day of the Feast of the Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying to Him,“ Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?”

On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked,“ Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?”

It was the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The disciples came to Jesus. They asked,“ Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Passover meal?”

Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying,“ Where will you have us prepare for you to eat the Passover?”

On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked,“ Where do you want us to prepare the Passover meal for you?”

In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty-first day of the month at evening.For seven days no leaven shall be found in your houses, since whoever eats what is leavened, that same person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is a stranger or a native of the land.You shall eat nothing leavened; in all your dwellings you shall eat unleavened bread.’”

Then came the Day of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover must be killed.And He sent Peter and John, saying,“ Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat.”So they said to Him,“ Where do You want us to prepare?”And He said to them,“ Behold, when you have entered the city, a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him into the house which he enters.Then you shall say to the master of the house,‘ The Teacher says to you,“ Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’Then he will show you a large, furnished upper room; there make ready.”So they went and found it just as He had said to them, and they prepared the Passover.

Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover lamb, His disciples said to Him,“ Where do You want us to go and prepare, that You may eat the Passover?”And He sent out two of His disciples and said to them,“ Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him.Wherever he goes in, say to the master of the house,‘ The Teacher says,“ Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’Then he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared; there make ready for us.”So His disciples went out, and came into the city, and found it just as He had said to them; and they prepared the Passover.

Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight.

So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover.

When they had come to Capernaum, those who received the temple tax came to Peter and said,“ Does your Teacher not pay the temple tax?”He said,“ Yes.” And when he had come into the house, Jesus anticipated him, saying,“ What do you think, Simon? From whom do the kings of the earth take customs or taxes, from their sons or from strangers?”

‘ On the fourteenth day of the first month is the Passover of the Lord.And on the fifteenth day of this month is the feast; unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days.

“ Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to the Lord your God, for in the month of Abib the Lord your God brought you out of Egypt by night.Therefore you shall sacrifice the Passover to the Lord your God, from the flock and the herd, in the place where the Lord chooses to put His name.You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, that is, the bread of affliction( for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), that you may remember the day in which you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.And no leaven shall be seen among you in all your territory for seven days, nor shall any of the meat which you sacrifice the first day at twilight remain overnight until morning.

On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is the LORD’s Passover.And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord; seven days you must eat unleavened bread.

But Jesus answered and said to him,“ Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him.

Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the Lord.Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days. And no leavened bread shall be seen among you, nor shall leaven be seen among you in all your quarters.And you shall tell your son in that day, saying,‘ This is done because of what the Lord did for me when I came up from Egypt.’
