“ The wise ones answered,‘ No, there won’t be enough for us and for you. Go instead to those who sell oil, and buy some for yourselves.’

However, the prudent ones answered,‘ No, there most certainly would not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the merchants and buy some for yourselves.’

But the wise answered, saying,‘ No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’

But the wise answered, saying, Peradventure there will not be enough for us and you: go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

“ The sensible ones answered,‘ No, there won’t be enough for us and for you. Go instead to those who sell, and buy oil for yourselves.’

But the wise answered, saying,[ Not so]; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

But the wise answered, saying,‘ What if there isn’t enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’

你说：我是富足的，已经发了财，毫无缺乏。却不知你是困苦的、可怜的、贫穷的、瞎眼的、赤身的。我劝你向我买精炼的金子，使你富足；又买白衣穿上，使你赤身的羞耻不会显露出来；也买眼药膏抹你的眼睛，使你可以看见。

你们要趁着耶和华可以寻找的时候，寻找他，趁着他靠近的时候，呼求他。恶人要离弃自己的道路，不义的人当除去自己的意念，回转过来归向耶和华，耶和华就必怜悯他。你们当回转过来归向我们的神，因为他大大赦免人的罪。

耶和华对我说：“即使摩西和撒母耳站在我面前代求，我的心也不会转向这人民。你把他们从我面前赶走，叫他们出去！

即使有挪亚、但以理和约伯这三个人，他们也只能因自己的义救自己的性命。这是主耶和华的宣告。如果我使猛兽经过那地，蹂躏那地，使它荒凉，以致因为这些兽的缘故，没有人敢经过；即使有这三个人在其中，我指着我的永生起誓，他们只能救自己，连儿女也不能救，那地却仍然荒凉。这是主耶和华的宣告。

即使当中有挪亚、但以理和约伯，我指着我的永生起誓，他们只能因自己的义救自己的性命，连儿女也不能救。这是主耶和华的宣告。”

唉！口渴的人哪！你们都就近水来吧。没有银钱的，你们也要来，买了就吃。你们要来，买酒和奶，不用银子，也不用付代价。你们为什么用银子去买那不是食物的呢？为什么用你们劳碌得来的去买那不能使人饱足的呢？你们要留心听我的话，就可以吃美物，使你们的心灵享受肥甘。你们要侧耳而听，要到我这里来；你们要听，就可以存活；我必与你们立永远的约，就是应许赐给大卫的那确实的慈爱。

所以，你要悔改离弃这罪恶，要祈求主，也许你心中的意念可以得到赦免。
