時必有大難、自世之始、越至於今、皆未之有、後亦無有焉、

For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now— and never to be equaled again.

There will be terrible suffering in those days. It will be worse than any other from the beginning of the world until now. And there will never be anything like it again.

斯時必有大難、自生民以來、越之於今、未之有也、大君米加勒必將崛興、扞衛爾民、凡名錄於册者、必蒙拯救。

是日晦冥、幽深玄遠、異族將至、既強且眾、有若黎明、豁然開朗、自古迄今、至於後世、未有若是之甚、

死於刀刃、擄於諸國、耶路撒冷為異邦人蹂踐、迨異邦人之期滿焉、○

萬有之主耶和華曰、降災之日伊邇、必爇若爐、驕侈之輩、作惡之流、有若蒭蕘、屆期必燬之、使其根株、靡有孑遺、

我將和會列邦、環攻耶路撒冷、下其城、刧其室、玷其女、斯民之半、將為俘囚、其不死者、仍留於邑中、後耶和華將攻列邦、與昔殺戮諸敵無異、

我耶和華必涖臨、若烈焰之騰、乘大輅、若颺風之疾、發震怒、加譴責、火燎於前、以焚仇敵。蓋我耶和華降罰億兆、使蹈鋒刃、罹火災、殺戮者不可勝數、

七日復乘以六十二之後、受膏之主見戮、援手無人、迄乎後日、異邦之君咸至、毀城郭、傾聖所、若為洪水所淹、戰爭不息、則殺戮不已、

我欲訓異邦人使得救、彼阻尼之、如是厥罪貫盈、終必罹罰、

日至、敵必築壘環繞、四面困爾、夷爾及赤子、不遺石於石上、以爾不知眷顧之日也、○

患難之後、日晦冥、月無光、星隕自天、天象震動、

我有命、爾不應、我有言、爾不從、我所不悅者、爾故為之、我所不喜者、爾故舉之、必數爾罪、使屈身受戮。主耶和華又曰、我僕得食、惟爾飢餓、我僕得飲、惟爾煩渴、我僕喜樂、惟爾愧怍。我僕欣喜、以謳歌爾曹、憂愁而號泣、焦思苦慮、哀哭不勝。我耶和華將翦滅爾、垂戒選民、惟予臣僕、必錫新名、上帝真實無妄、凡在斯土、祈福者必祈之、發誓者必指之、前災已弭、不復目睹、

故當自謹、蓋為我故、人將解爾至公會、扑爾於會堂、立爾於侯王前以為證、

願彼之席、或機檻以陷之、為網罟以罹之、以報其惡兮、願厥目盲眯不明、厥體戰栗不已兮、願爾怒奮揚、爾憤震烈、以擊斯人兮、其第邱墟、無人居處兮、爾鞭予、彼加傷害、爾扑予、彼興謠諑兮、彼有愆尤、願爾加罪、無以為義兮、維彼姓氏、載於生命之書、爾其塗抹、毋與義人同錄兮。

長老居民、尚其聽之哉、我將有言、乃爾父及今所未聞也、

一月之間、我絕三牧、牧人棄予、余痛疾之、我曰、必不牧爾、死者我聽其死、絕者我任其絕、其餘自相殘食、亦聽其然、

倘吾儕識真理後、故背教、無復贖罪之祭、乃觳觫待刑、上帝震怒、使逆理者翦滅、昔有犯摩西律法者、若二三人為證、必殺之不恤、況蹂躪上帝子、以贖己之約之血為不潔、狎侮施恩之聖神、爾意其人受刑、當如何重哉、
