接著，我聽見好像一大群人的聲音，也像眾水的聲音，又像大雷鳴的聲音，說：「哈利路亞！因為我們的主、神、全能者做王了！讓我們歡喜、快樂，讓我們把榮耀歸給他！因為羔羊婚宴的時候到了，他的新娘也把自己預備好了；新娘被准許穿戴明亮潔白的細麻衣。」原來，這細麻衣代表聖徒們的義行。隨後，那位天使對我說：「你當寫下：那些被邀請赴羔羊婚宴的人是蒙福的！」他又對我說：「這些都是神真實的話語。」

然而，我有幾件事要責備你，就是在你那裡有些人持守巴蘭的教導。這巴蘭曾教唆巴勒把絆腳石放在以色列子民面前，就是使他們吃祭過偶像的食物，並且行淫亂。同樣，你那裡也有些人持守與尼古拉派一樣的教導。

然而，我有事要責備你，就是你容忍那自稱是女先知的婦人耶洗別，教唆並迷惑我的奴僕們行淫亂、吃祭過偶像的食物。我曾給她時間，好讓她悔改，她卻不肯悔改離開自己的淫亂。看哪，我要把她扔在痛苦的床上。那些與她通姦的人，如果不悔改離開她的行為，我也要把他們扔在大患難中。我要用瘟疫擊殺她的兒女，這樣各教會就將知道我就是洞察情感和心思的那一位；我也要照著你們的行為回報你們每個人。

恐怕我來的時候，我的神會使我在你們面前再一次蒙羞，而且因為許多人從前犯了罪，又不肯為他們所行的汙穢、淫亂和好色的事而悔改，我就會悲傷。

王進來會見賓客，發現有一個人沒有穿婚宴的禮服，就對他說：『朋友，你進到這裡來怎麼沒有穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那個人啞口無言。

這些事以後，我觀看，看哪，有一大群人，沒有人能夠數過來。他們來自各國家、各支派、各民族、各語言群體。他們身穿白袍，手裡拿著棕櫚枝，站在寶座和羔羊面前，
