Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:“‘ The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes’

Jesus said to them,“ Haven’t you ever read what the Scriptures say,“‘ The stone the builders didn’t accept has become the most important stone of all. The Lord has done it. It is wonderful in our eyes’?( Psalm 118:22, 23)

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:“‘ The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Then Jesus asked them,“ Didn’t you ever read this in the Scriptures?‘ The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is wonderful to see.’

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is what the Lord has done and it is wonderful in our eyes?

Jesus* said to them,“ Did you never read in the Scriptures,‘ A stone which the builders rejected, This has become the chief cornerstone; This came about from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures:‘ The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner; This was from the Lord, And it is marvellous in our eyes?

Jesus said to them,“ Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This came from the Lord and is wonderful in our eyes?

工匠所棄絕的石頭，已經成了房角的頭塊石頭。這是耶和華所成就的，在我們眼中看為奇妙。

所以，主耶和華如此說：「看哪！我在錫安放一塊作根基的石頭，是試驗過的石頭，是寶貴的房角石，穩固的根基——信靠的人必不驚慌。

這一位就是『被你們工匠所藐視的石頭，它已經成了房角的頭塊石頭。』

你們來到那活石面前——他雖然被人棄絕，卻是神所揀選、所珍貴的——你們也就像活石，被建造成一座屬靈的殿宇，進入聖潔的祭司體系，好藉著耶穌基督獻上蒙神悅納的屬靈祭物，因為經上記著：「看哪，我在錫安放一塊蒙揀選的、珍貴的房角石，信靠他的人絕不至於蒙羞。」這樣，對你們信的人來說，他是尊貴的；但是對那些不信的人來說，卻是「工匠所棄絕的石頭，它已經成了房角的頭塊石頭。」並且是「一塊絆腳的石頭，使人絆倒的磐石。」他們絆倒是因為不肯信從這話語，而這也是被預定的。

正如經上所記：「看哪，我在錫安放一塊絆腳的石頭，是使人絆倒的磐石；可是信靠他的人將不至於蒙羞。」

並且被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，有基督耶穌自己為房角石。

耶穌注視著他們，說：「那麼，經上記的『工匠所棄絕的石頭，它已經成了房角的頭塊石頭』這話是什麼意思呢？所有跌落在那石頭上的，就將被破碎；那石頭落在誰的身上，就會把誰砸得稀爛。」

你們難道也沒有讀過這段經文嗎？『工匠所棄絕的石頭，它已經成了房角的頭塊石頭；這是主所成就的，在我們眼中實在奇妙！』」

「『大祭司約書亞啊，你和坐在你面前的同伴們都當聽！因為你們都是將來之事的預表。看哪，我將使我的僕人——那苗裔來到！看哪，我在約書亞面前所放置的石頭，這一塊石頭上有七隻眼睛！看哪，我要雕刻它，並在一日之內，挪去這地的罪孽！』這是萬軍之耶和華的宣告。

所以你們要當心，免得先知們所說的話臨到你們：『看吧，你們這些好譏誚的人哪！驚奇吧，滅亡吧！因為在你們的時代裡，我要做一件事，就算有人向你們詳細說明，你們也絕不會相信。』」

也就是說，藉著啟示，那奧祕已經顯明給我，就像我先前簡略寫過的那樣。你們讀了，就能明白我在基督奧祕上的悟性。這奧祕在別的各世代並不顯明給人類，不像如今藉著聖靈啟示給了他的聖使徒和先知們。這奧祕就是：外邦人在基督耶穌裡，藉著福音，成為共同的繼承人，同屬一體、同蒙應許。我成了這福音的僕人，是照著神恩典的賞賜；這賞賜是照著他大能的作為賜給我的。我在所有聖徒中，比最小的還小，但被賜予了這恩典，是為了把基督那無法測度的豐盛傳給外邦人；並且使所有的人都明白這奧祕的計劃到底是什麼，這奧祕自古以來被隱藏在創造萬有的神裡面，
