伯大尼靠近耶路撒冷，相距約有三公里。

主帶他們出去，到了伯大尼附近，舉手給他們祝福。

有一個患病的人，名叫拉撒路，住在伯大尼，就是馬利亞和她姊姊馬大的村莊。

耶穌到了耶路撒冷，進入聖殿，察看了一切，因為時候已經不早，就和十二門徒出城往伯大尼去。

邪惡和淫亂的世代要尋求神蹟，除了約拿的神蹟之外，不會有甚麼神蹟給它了。”耶穌就離開他們走了。

到了晚上，他們就到城外去。

他們走近耶路撒冷，到了伯法其和伯大尼，來到橄欖山那裡，耶穌派了兩個門徒，

即使他們把兒女養大，我也必使他們喪子，一個不留。我離棄他們的時候，他們就有禍了。”

耶路撒冷啊！應當受警戒，免得我的心與你疏遠，免得我使你荒涼，成為無人居住之地。”

耶穌在伯大尼，在患痲風的西門家裡的時候，

他們走路的時候，耶穌進了一個村莊。有一個名叫馬大的女人，接他到家裡。

逾越節前六天，耶穌到了伯大尼，就是拉撒路所住的地方；耶穌曾經使這拉撒路從死人中復活。有人在那裡為耶穌預備了筵席。馬大在那裡侍候，拉撒路也和一些人與耶穌一同吃飯。馬利亞拿了半公斤珍貴純正的哪噠香膏，抹耶穌的腳，又用自己的頭髮去擦；屋裡就滿了香膏的香氣。
