Then Peter said to him,“ We’ve given up everything to follow you. What will we get?”

彼得就对他说：“看哪，我们已经撇下所有的跟从你，将来我们要得什么呢？”

于是彼得回应，对他说：“看哪，我们已经撇下一切跟从你了，我们会得到什么呢？”

彼得问道：“你看，我们已经撇下一切来跟从你了，将来会有什么奖赏呢？”

那时彼得对他说：“你看，我们已经舍弃一切跟从了你，我们会得到什么呢？”

这时候，彼得对耶稣说：“看，我们舍弃一切跟从了你，我们将来究竟会怎么样呢？”

彼得就對他說：「看哪，我們已經撇下所有的跟從你，將來我們要得甚麼呢？」

於是彼得回應，對他說：「看哪，我們已經撇下一切跟從你了，我們會得到甚麼呢？」

於是彼得回應，對他說：「看哪，我們已經撇下一切跟從你了，我們會得到甚麼呢？」

彼得問道：「你看，我們已經撇下一切來跟從你了，將來會有什麼獎賞呢？」

那時彼得對他說：“你看，我們已經捨棄一切跟從了你，我們會得到甚麼呢？”

於是彼得回答耶穌說：『你看，我們已經撇下了一切，跟從了你了，那我們還可以得到甚麼呢？』

這時候，彼得對耶穌說：「看，我們捨棄一切跟從了你，我們將來究竟會怎麼樣呢？」

彼得曰、我儕已舍一切以從爾、將何得歟、

彼得曰、吾儕舍一切以從爾、將何得歟、

彼得曰、我儕舍一切以從爾、將何所得乎、

伯鐸祿應曰：『吾儕則已捨棄一切、以從子矣。將何所獲乎？』

Peter answered him,“ We have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?”

Peter answered him,“ We have left everything to follow you! What reward will be given to us?”

Then Peter said in reply,“ See, we have left everything and followed you. What then will we have?”

Then Peter responded to him,“ See, we have left everything and followed you. So what will there be for us?”

Then Peter responded and said to Him,“ Behold, we have left everything and followed You; what then will there be for us?”

Then Peter answered and said to Him,“ See, we have left all and followed You. Therefore what shall we have?”

Then answered Peter and said unto him, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee; what then shall we have?

Then Peter responded to Him,“ Look, we have left everything and followed You. So what will there be for us?”

Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?

Then Peter said to him,“ Look, we have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?”

Then Peter answered,“ Behold, we have left everything, and followed you. What then will we have?”

Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ

And as soon as they landed, they left everything and followed Jesus.

As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at his tax collector’s booth.“ Follow me and be my disciple,” Jesus said to him. So Levi got up and followed him.

And they left their nets at once and followed him.A little farther up the shore he saw two other brothers, James and John, sitting in a boat with their father, Zebedee, repairing their nets. And he called them to come, too.They immediately followed him, leaving the boat and their father behind.

Jesus called out to them,“ Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!”And they left their nets at once and followed him.A little farther up the shore Jesus saw Zebedee’s sons, James and John, in a boat repairing their nets.He called them at once, and they also followed him, leaving their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired men.

but he replied,‘ All these years I’ve slaved for you and never once refused to do a single thing you told me to. And in all that time you never gave me even one young goat for a feast with my friends.

Peter said,“ We’ve left our homes to follow you.”

Then Peter began to speak up.“ We’ve given up everything to follow you,” he said.

So you cannot become my disciple without giving up everything you own.

For what gives you the right to make such a judgment? What do you have that God hasn’t given you? And if everything you have is from God, why boast as though it were not a gift?

When those hired first came to get their pay, they assumed they would receive more. But they, too, were paid a day’s wage.When they received their pay, they protested to the owner,‘ Those people worked only one hour, and yet you’ve paid them just as much as you paid us who worked all day in the scorching heat.’

The Levites obeyed your word and guarded your covenant. They were more loyal to you than to their own parents. They ignored their relatives and did not acknowledge their own children.

As Jesus was walking along, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at his tax collector’s booth.“ Follow me and be my disciple,” Jesus said to him. So Matthew got up and followed him.

As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.

Later, as Jesus left the town, he saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at his tax collector’s booth.“ Follow me and be my disciple,” Jesus said to him.So Levi got up, left everything, and followed him.
