倘爾一手一足陷爾、則斫而棄之、寧殘與跛入於生、勝於二手二足委永火、

倘爾一手一足陷爾於罪、則斷而去之、寧跛與殘缺入於生、勿兩手兩足投永火、

倘爾一手一足使爾陷於罪、則斷而棄之、爾跛與殘入於生、勝如有兩手兩足而投於永火、

倘爾一手一足、引爾於惡、當斫而棄之；與其手足雙全而委於無盡之火、曷若殘跛而入永生之為愈乎？

If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire.

If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It would be better to enter the kingdom of heaven with only one hand than go into hell with two hands. It would be better to enter the kingdom of heaven with only one foot than go into hell with two feet. In hell the fire burns forever.

And if your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life crippled or lame than with two hands or two feet to be thrown into the eternal fire.

So if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one hand or one foot than to be thrown into eternal fire with both of your hands and feet.

And if thy hand or thy foot causeth thee to stumble, cut it off, and cast it from thee: it is good for thee to enter into life maimed or halt, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into the eternal fire.

If your hand or your foot causes your downfall, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into the eternal fire.

Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast[ them] from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

不但如此，我也將萬事當作有損的，因我以認識我主基督耶穌為至寶。我為他已經丟棄萬事，看作糞土，為要得着基督；並且得以在他裏面，不是有自己因律法而得的義，乃是有信基督的義，就是因信神而來的義，

耶穌聽見了，就說：「你還缺少一件：要變賣你一切所有的，分給窮人，就必有財寶在天上；你還要來跟從我。」他聽見這話，就甚憂愁，因為他很富足。

這人也必喝神大怒的酒；此酒斟在神忿怒的杯中純一不雜。他要在聖天使和羔羊面前，在火與硫磺之中受痛苦。

若有人名字沒記在生命冊上，他就被扔在火湖裏。

這些人要往永刑裏去；那些義人要往永生裏去。」

這樣，你們無論甚麼人，若不撇下一切所有的，就不能作我的門徒。」

王又要向那左邊的說：『你們這被咒詛的人，離開我！進入那為魔鬼和他的使者所預備的永火裏去！

「你的同胞弟兄，或是你的兒女，或是你懷中的妻，或是如同你性命的朋友，若暗中引誘你，說：『我們不如去事奉你和你列祖素來所不認識的別神－是你四圍列國的神。』無論是離你近，離你遠，從地這邊到地那邊的神，你不可依從他，也不可聽從他，眼不可顧惜他。你不可憐恤他，也不可遮庇他，

就喊着說：『我祖亞伯拉罕哪，可憐我吧！打發拉撒路來，用指頭尖蘸點水，涼涼我的舌頭；因為我在這火焰裏，極其痛苦。』

錫安中的罪人都懼怕；不敬虔的人被戰兢抓住。我們中間誰能與吞滅的火同住？我們中間誰能與永火同住呢？

惟有膽怯的、不信的、可憎的、殺人的、淫亂的、行邪術的、拜偶像的，和一切說謊話的，他們的分就在燒着硫磺的火湖裏；這是第二次的死。」

你雕刻偶像所包的銀子和鑄造偶像所鍍的金子，你要玷污，要拋棄，好像污穢之物，對偶像說：「去吧！」

黑夜已深，白晝將近。我們就當脫去暗昧的行為，帶上光明的兵器。

到那日，人必將為拜而造的金偶像、銀偶像拋給田鼠和蝙蝠。到耶和華興起，使地大震動的時候，人好進入磐石洞中和巖石穴裏，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。

起先，希律為他兄弟腓力的妻子希羅底的緣故，把約翰拿住，鎖在監裏。因為約翰曾對他說：「你娶這婦人是不合理的。」

你們要將所犯的一切罪過盡行拋棄，自做一個新心和新靈。以色列家啊，你們何必死亡呢？

要報應那不認識神和那不聽從我主耶穌福音的人。他們要受刑罰，就是永遠沉淪，離開主的面和他權能的榮光。

「人到我這裏來，若不愛我勝過愛自己的父母、妻子、兒女、弟兄、姊妹，和自己的性命，就不能作我的門徒。凡不背着自己十字架跟從我的，也不能作我的門徒。

有許多人到他那裏，帶着瘸子、瞎子、啞巴、有殘疾的，和好些別的病人，都放在他腳前；他就治好了他們。甚至眾人都希奇；因為看見啞巴說話，殘疾的痊癒，瘸子行走，瞎子看見，他們就歸榮耀給以色列的神。

倘若你一隻手叫你跌倒，就把它砍下來；你缺了肢體進入永生，強如有兩隻手落到地獄，入那不滅的火裏去。倘若你一隻腳叫你跌倒，就把它砍下來；你瘸腿進入永生，強如有兩隻腳被丟在地獄裏。倘若你一隻眼叫你跌倒，就去掉它；你只有一隻眼進入神的國，強如有兩隻眼被丟在地獄裏。在那裏，蟲是不死的，火是不滅的。因為必用火當鹽醃各人。
