Peter said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters— one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”

And Peter said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good that we are here. If you wish, I will make three tents here, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah.”

Peter exclaimed,“ Lord, it’s wonderful for us to be here! If you want, I’ll make three shelters as memorials— one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Then Peter said to Jesus,“ Lord, it’s good for us to be here. If you want, I will set up three shelters here: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Peter responded and said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good that we are here. If You want, I will make three tabernacles here: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Then Peter answered and said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

And Peter answered, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, I will make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

Then Peter said to Jesus,“ Lord, it’s good for us to be here! If You want, I will make three tabernacles here: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.

So Peter said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you want, I will make three shelters– one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Peter answered, and said to Jesus,“ Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you want, let’s make three tents here: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Peter said to Jesus,“ Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters— one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”( He did not know what to say, they were so frightened.) (niv)

As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him,“ Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters— one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”( He did not know what he was saying.) (niv)

No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. (niv)

You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory.Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you.I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you. You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. (niv)

The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. (niv)

Your eyes will see the king in his beauty and view a land that stretches afar. (niv)

Then Moses said,“ Now show me your glory.”And the Lord said,“ I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. (niv)

Many, Lord, are asking,“ Who will bring us prosperity?” Let the light of your face shine on us. (niv)

Philip said,“ Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”Jesus answered:“ Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say,‘ Show us the Father’? (niv)

I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; (niv)

“ Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. (niv)

Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. (niv)

How attractive and beautiful they will be! Grain will make the young men thrive, and new wine the young women. (niv)
