吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

爾赦人罪、其罪見赦、爾所不赦者、其罪留存。』

永生不變；死於一時、而生於永古；掌握死亡及地獄之管籥者。

要之、爾等所恕者、我亦恕之。須知凡我有所恕、無不在基督之前、為爾等之故而為之也；

爾其寓書於斐拉代非教會之守護天神曰：彼至聖至真掌握大維之管籥所啟無人能閉、所閉無人能啟者、有所曉諭於爾：

爾等奉耶穌基督名義召集會議、吾之神魂亦必參加斯會；吾人托吾主耶穌之權能、將此人交付於沙殫之手、以毀其肉身庶幾彼之靈魂、或可蒙救恩於主之大日。

角五鳴、見一天星降地、受無底深壑之管籥；

二證者受有大權、能閉塞穹蒼、傳道期中使勿雨；且能令水變血、從心所欲、降災於地、以施懲罰。

故凡倒行逆施者、非逆於人、乃逆於賜爾聖神之天主也。

辯論既久、伯鐸祿乃起立而言曰：『兄弟乎！爾等固知天主夙選予於爾中、假予之口、使異邦人諦聽福音、因以起信。

伯鐸祿偕十一宗徒起而高呼曰：『猶太人與耶路撒冷之居民乎、爾曹悉當知之、且聽吾言：爾意斯人中酒、非也！時在清晨、安得中酒？此正先知約珥所言：「上主云、時臨末日、將以吾神賜諸蒼生；爾子爾女、將作預言、少者睹異徵、老者獲奇夢。屆時當以吾神沛賜吾之僕婢、使道未來。天顯異兆於上、地顯靈蹟於下、如血如火、如煙如霧、日晦暝、月變血、則主赫顯之日將至。凡求主名者無不獲救。」義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。彼按天主之定謨及預知、被付於人而爾曹復假不義者之手、釘死之於十字架上；天主為解苦厄、使之復活、死固不足以限之也。大維嘗指之曰：恩主恆在目、宛然參我前。有主扶我右、吾志寧能遷。怡悅充五內、歡愉騰舌端。永寄無窮望、形體亦自安。爾將保吾魂、弗使淪窅冥。寧容聖者軀、沾染朽腐痕。指我生命路、飫我承顏欣。諸兄弟乎！容我直言不諱、先祖大維逝且葬矣、其墓至今猶在。大維先知也、自知曾蒙天主許誓、其後裔必有登其寶座者、故憑其先見而論基督復活、謂其心靈固不淪於窅冥、而其身軀亦不遭朽腐也。天主之復活耶穌、吾儕實為見證。迨天主以右手舉而升之、渠乃受所許之聖神、遂以此神傾注於吾人、是即爾曹所親睹親聞者也。大維未升於天、第云「天主語吾主、安坐我右側；待我克群敵。以供爾踐踏。」義塞全族、當知爾所釘於十字架上之耶穌、即天主所立為主、為基督者也。』眾聞其言、中心如刺；語伯鐸祿及諸徒曰、『兄弟！吾將如之何？』伯鐸祿曰：『各宜悔悟、奉耶穌基督之名受洗、以滌罪愆、以受聖神。蓋此恩許、原為爾曹、為爾子孫、以及我天主所召遠方之人也。』伯鐸祿更多方為證、而勸眾曰：『亟宜自拔於此邪惡之世。』多有納其言而受洗者、一日之內、歸化者約三千人、恆心守持宗徒之訓、踐履相愛之道、共食所析聖餅而祈禱焉。

伯鐸祿乃曰：『予茲確見天主之無偏無倚、一視同仁。蓋世界萬國、凡敬畏天主而行為正直者、莫不見悅於天主也。天主以其道託付義塞子孫、藉耶穌基督宣揚和平福音。耶穌基督者、萬有之主也。自如望傳洗禮以還、納匝勒人耶穌之事、已自加利利傳布猶太全境、爾等亦諒有所聞。天主沐以聖神、充以神力、足跡所至仁澤是施、脫人於魔、而賜以康復。以天主恆與之偕也。凡彼在猶太國及耶路撒冷之所行、吾人實為之證；而人竟懸之於木而殺之。第三日天主甦之、且使其顯現、不在廣眾之前、惟於天主所預定之見證、即其復活後飲食與共之吾曹是已。彼又命吾儕傳道於眾、證其已膺天主之命、而為黜陟幽明之主：眾先知亦為之證。凡信之者、必得賴其名而獲赦焉。』

又見一天神手執深壑之管籥、及一大鐵索、自天而降；執龍而縛之。龍者、即古昔之蛇、亦名妖魔沙殫。至是縛之千載、投之深壑、封而緘之、使於千載之內無得迷惑萬國、後當暫釋。
