But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peace-loving, gentle, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, without favoritism and hypocrisy.

We give no opportunity for stumbling to anyone, so that the ministry will not be blamed.

“ But, so we won’t offend them, go to the sea, cast in a fishhook, and take the first fish that you catch. When you open its mouth you’ll find a coin. Take it and give it to them for Me and you.”

The messenger who went to call Micaiah instructed him,“ Look, the words of the prophets are unanimously favorable for the king. So let your words be like theirs, and speak favorably.”But Micaiah said,“ As the Lord lives, I will say whatever the Lord says to me.”

Give no offense to the Jews or the Greeks or the church of God,just as I also try to please all people in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of many, so that they may be saved.
