保羅說了這話，就拿着餅，在眾人面前祝謝了神，擘開吃。

耶穌拿着這五個餅，兩條魚，望着天祝福，擘開餅，遞給門徒，擺在眾人面前，也把那兩條魚分給眾人。

凡神所造的物都是好的，若感謝着領受，就沒有一樣可棄的，都因神的道和人的祈求成為聖潔了。

所以，你們或吃或喝，無論做甚麼，都要為榮耀神而行。

他們就把石頭挪開。耶穌舉目望天，說：「父啊，我感謝你，因為你已經聽我。

守日的人是為主守的。吃的人是為主吃的，因他感謝神；不吃的人是為主不吃的，也感謝神。

耶穌吩咐他們，叫眾人一幫一幫地坐在青草地上。

他們吃的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝福，就擘開，遞給門徒，說：「你們拿着吃，這是我的身體」；又拿起杯來，祝謝了，遞給他們，說：「你們都喝這個；

祝謝了，就擘開，說：「這是我的身體，為你們捨的，你們應當如此行，為的是記念我。」

他吩咐眾人坐在地上，就拿着這七個餅祝謝了，擘開，遞給門徒，叫他們擺開，門徒就擺在眾人面前。又有幾條小魚；耶穌祝了福，就吩咐也擺在眾人面前。

無論做甚麼，或說話或行事，都要奉主耶穌的名，藉着他感謝父神。

然而，有幾隻小船從提比哩亞來，靠近主祝謝後分餅給人吃的地方。

又拿起餅來，祝謝了，就擘開，遞給他們，說：「這是我的身體，為你們捨的，你們也應當如此行，為的是記念我。」

望天歎息，對他說：「以法大！」就是說：「開了吧！」

耶穌拿着這五個餅，兩條魚，望着天祝福，擘開，遞給門徒，擺在眾人面前。

耶穌說：「你們叫眾人坐下。」原來那地方的草多，眾人就坐下，數目約有五千。耶穌拿起餅來，祝謝了，就分給那坐着的人；分魚也是這樣，都隨着他們所要的。

我們所祝福的杯，豈不是同領基督的血嗎？我們所擘開的餅，豈不是同領基督的身體嗎？

他們吃的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝了福，就擘開，遞給他們，說：「你們拿着吃，這是我的身體」；又拿起杯來，祝謝了，遞給他們；他們都喝了。

那時，人數約有五千。耶穌對門徒說：「叫他們一排一排地坐下，每排大約五十個人。」

他就吩咐眾人坐在地上，拿着這七個餅和幾條魚，祝謝了，擘開，遞給門徒；門徒又遞給眾人。
