凡不我厭而棄者、福矣、○

蓋自言先知在故土不尊也、

我誠告爾、未有先知、而見重於故土者、

耶穌知門徒難此言、則曰、爾以為異乎、

爾強項塞心充耳之人、恆逆聖神、爾祖所行、爾亦若是、孰有先知而爾祖不窘逐者乎、昔爾祖殺預言義者將至之人、今義者至、爾即解而誅之、

余傳基督釘十字架之道、猶太人以為可厭、希利尼人以為不智、惟奉召者、則無論猶太、希利尼、皆以基督為上帝大用、上帝智慧、蓋上帝即不智、亦智於人、上帝即不能、亦能於人、兄弟乎、爾之奉召可見矣、貌為智為能為貴者、不多蒙召、乃上帝選世之不智、以愧智者、選世之不能、以愧能者、且選世之不貴者、見棄者、人視為無有者、以廢世之有者、

凡不我厭而棄者、福矣、○

此非約瑟子耶穌乎、其父母我儕識之、何言由天降耶、

西面祝之、謂馬利亞曰、此子將立、關以色列族多人之盛衰、為受刺之鵠、使眾念流露、劍刺爾心而貫之、○

謂以色列人、曰、主、爾上帝將於爾昆弟中、挺生先知若我、爾必聽之、昔於曠野會中、摩西往來天使列祖間、天使於西乃山與語、摩西受生命之道以授我、列祖不順而拒之、欲反埃及、

昔摩西語我列祖云、主、爾之上帝、將於爾兄弟中、挺生先知若我、其所語爾者、必聽之、不聽、則絕之於民中、

希律王聞之曰、此乃施洗約翰、死而復生、故建異能也、

爾雖為牧伯所制、億兆所藐、此邦之人所棄、然我耶和華為以色列族之聖主、救主、言出惟行、既遴選爾、必使列王來覲、俯伏於爾前。

此非馬利亞子木工乎、非雅各、約西、猶大、西門兄弟乎、其姊妹非與我比鄰乎、遂厭而棄之、

彼為人所藐視、所棄絕、屢遭困苦、憂心悄悄、人皆掩面而不睹、藐視而不敬。
