稱惡人為義的、判義人有罪的，兩者都是耶和華所憎惡的。

耶穌回答說：「你們錯了，因為你們不明白經上的話，也不明白神的大能。

你們把義人定了罪、把他殺害了，他沒有抗拒你們。

實際上，住在耶路撒冷的人和他們的首領們都不認識這一位，也不明白每逢安息日所誦讀的先知們的話，就把他定罪，從而應驗了這些話。

因為耶和華站在貧窮人的右邊，要拯救他脫離那些定他死罪的人。

他們互相勾結攻擊義人，把無辜人定了死罪。
