我語汝、在此有大於殿者、

顧予語爾、在斯有大於聖殿者焉。爾苟了悟

I tell you that something greater than the temple is here.

The men of Nineveh will stand up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because they repented at Jonah’s proclamation; and look— something greater than Jonah is here!The queen of the south will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and look— something greater than Solomon is here!

“ See, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. Then the Lord you seek will suddenly come to His temple, the Messenger of the covenant you desire— see, He is coming,” says the Lord of Hosts.

For the entire fullness of God’s nature dwells bodily in Christ,

But will God indeed live on earth with man? Even heaven, the highest heaven, cannot contain You, much less this temple I have built.

Coming to Him, a living stone— rejected by men but chosen and valuable to God—you yourselves, as living stones, are being built into a spiritual house for a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Jesus answered,“ Destroy this sanctuary, and I will raise it up in three days.”Therefore the Jews said,“ This sanctuary took 46 years to build, and will You raise it up in three days?”But He was speaking about the sanctuary of His body.

built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the cornerstone.The whole building, being put together by Him, grows into a holy sanctuary in the Lord.You also are being built together for God’s dwelling in the Spirit.

Blind fools! For which is greater, the gold or the sanctuary that sanctified the gold?Also,‘ Whoever takes an oath by the altar, it means nothing. But whoever takes an oath by the gift that is on it is bound by his oath.’Blind people! For which is greater, the gift or the altar that sanctifies the gift?Therefore, the one who takes an oath by the altar takes an oath by it and by everything on it.The one who takes an oath by the sanctuary takes an oath by it and by Him who dwells in it.

I will shake all the nations so that the treasures of all the nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,” says the Lord of Hosts.“ The silver and gold belong to Me”— this is the declaration of the Lord of Hosts.“ The final glory of this house will be greater than the first,” says the Lord of Hosts.“ I will provide peace in this place”— this is the declaration of the Lord of Hosts.
