爾或以樹為善、其果亦善、或以樹為惡、其果亦惡、蓋觀果而知樹矣、

“你们或以为树好，果子也好；树坏，果子也坏；因为看果子就可以知道树。

若云菓美、則樹亦美；若云樹惡、則菓亦惡。樹之美惡、因菓而知也。

主謂之曰、今爾法利賽人潔杯盤之外、惟爾內充滿刼奪、及諸惡、愚者乎、造其外者、非亦造其內乎、

故當結果以彰悔改、毋心中自矜曰、亞伯拉罕吾祖也、吾語爾、天主能使此石為亞伯拉罕之子孫焉、今斧已置樹根、凡樹不結善果者、即斫之投火、

瞽者法利賽人乎、先潔杯盤之內、則其外亦潔矣、○

爾當在我內、我亦必在爾內、設枝不在葡萄樹、則不能結果、爾曹不在我內亦若是、我為葡萄樹、爾為枝、凡在我內而我在彼內者、則結果繁矣、蓋爾曹離我、則無能為也、人不在我內、則如枝被擲於外而槁、人拾之、投火而焚、爾若在我內、我言亦在爾內、則凡所欲者可求、必為爾成之、

兄弟乎、無花果樹、能生油果乎、葡萄樹、能生無花果乎、水之鹹淡、不並出一源、亦若是、○

今斧已置樹根、凡樹不結善果者、即斫之投火、
